Oscar or Jack Klugman in the 'Odd Couple' dies

Jack Klugman or Oscar in the According to this article the patron saint of messy yard criminals has died. Of course that would be Jack Klugman who starred as Oscar in the 'Odd Couple'

"Downtown Sucks"

It would be fun to start a national organization or group called "Downtown Sucks".

One problem we have nationally is that through out the USA, or for that matter thru out the world most city governments are composed of special interest groups that want to use EVERYBODY's tax dollars to benefit the special interest groups that are in the downtown areas.

The purpose of the group "Downtown Sucks" would be to lobby against and prevent our royal government rulers from stealing our money and giving it to the special interest groups that live or work in the downtown area.

Of course most big cities would have a number of local "Downtown Sucks" groups.

In Phoenix would could have a "Downtown Sucks" group for Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Peoria and all the other cities in the valley.

And of course the purpose of all these "Downtown Sucks" groups would be to prevent these special interest groups from stealing our money and giving it to the special interest groups in downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Peoria and all the other cities in the valley.

Mexican President Felipe Calderon now teaches at Harvard University!!!

Angry with former Mexican President Felipe Calderon for his insane American financed "war on drugs" which has caused 50,000+ Mexicans to be murdered?

According to these articles Mexican President Felipe Calderon will soon be teaching at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Wow!!!!

hot babe??? Salma Hayek????

Weird flatbed semi-truck trailer

As I was riding my bike by Home Depot or Wal-Mart I saw this weird semi-truck with a flatbed trailer that had a removable cover.

It looked like a standard semi-truck trailer which was totally enclosed, but the walls and roof of the enclosure could slide along the floor of the trailer, leaving the trailer either totally enclosed or partially enclosed.

The driver told me the trailer was great for places like Oregon and Washington where it rains a lot.

He said that you could load the flatbed with a bunch of stuff then slide the cover to keep the load from getting soaked by the rain.

He told me that the sliding walls and roof made the trailer easy to unload because you could just slide the roof and walls back and then unload the entire flat bed with a fork lift without having to back the truck up to a loading dock.

Boy, I bet this is boring to death the Homeland Security cops who are assigned to read my web pages.

Microsnot using the government to defeat Google??

Many second rate businesses who can't compete in the free market ask the government to help then put their competitors out of business. From this article it seems like Microsnot is using that technique against Google.

Norml Protests in Downtown Phoenix

I saw the NORML folks protesting something in downtown Phoenix today. I'm not sure what they were protesting other then that they want to legalize pot.

Hell, I want to legalize pot too. Not do I want to legalize only pot, but I think all drugs should be re-legalized.

Did you know that marijuana was 100 percent legal until 1937.

Marijuana was made illegal just before World War II with the passage of the "1937 Marihuana Tax Act".

Marijuana was re-legalized during WWII, not to let the troops get a good high, but rather so that rope and canvas could be made from hemp, which makes damn good rope and canvas.

The insane and unconstitutional drug war begin at the Federal level in 1914 with the passage of the "1914 Harrison Narcotic Tax Act".

Remember that pot smoking, LSD dropping guy named Timothy Leary? His arrest caused both the "1937 Marihuana Tax Act" and the "1914 Harrison Narcotic Tax Act" to be declared unconstitutional.

As a result of that Congress passed the Controlled Substances Act of 1970.

Federal prisons urged to grant early releases

According to this article Congress has created an early release program for incapacitated and terminally ill prisoners, but who gets released is decided by prison bureaucrats and because of that inmates who meet the programs requirements are rarely released.

I suspect the reason that inmates are rarely released is the BOP or Bureau of Prisons wants to keep as many people in prison as possible to justify the BOP getting as much money as possible, which will allow them to justify as many employees as possible.

Let's face it, this is not about safety, but rather about money.

I found the Bimbo factory!!!

In Mexico, Bimbo is a huge company like Hostess in the USA and like Hostess they make breads, pies and cakes.

When I was in Phoenix today I noticed that they must have bought out that bakery on 24th street and Washington.

A lot of supermarkets and convenience stores now sell Bimbo products next to the Hostess products.

I eat their Pingüinos, which are the Mexican version of Hostess cupcakes. If you hadn't figured it out pingüino is Spanish for penguin.

I suspect the cupcakes are called Pingüinos because they are black and white like penguins.

Israel to build in disputed Palestinian territory

And of course that is one of the reasons the Middle East has so many problems is because of America supporting the Jewish acts of terrorism against the Arabs. Here is the article on that mess.

Fun microwaving Ivory soap

Kids, do not do this at home without adult supervision. In this article Uncle Clay tells us that if you microwave a bar of Ivory soap it will expand into 6 times it's normal size.

Remember kids, do not do this without moms permission.

Jan Brewer is a power hungry tyrant who wants a third term

From this article Arizona Governor Jan Brewer sounds like a power hungry government tyrant who wants an illegal 3rd term.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is also the jerk who tried to flush Arizona's medical marijuana law, which is Prop 203 down the toilet.

And of course Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is also one of the tyrants on the Maricopa Board of Supervisors who voted to steal a billion bucks from the citizens of Maricopa County and use the stolen loot to build a baseball stadium for here good buddy and government parasite Jerry Colangelo.

Drone crashes mount at civilian airports

Personally I hate the American Empires war against the rest of the world. I also hate the murders the American Empire commits against innocent people throughout the world.

But even thought I despise the crimes the American Empire is committing they are using some pretty cool tools to commit their crimes which are these drones.

But obviously if you read this article the preferred murder weapon of Obama's gang of criminals needs some perfecting.

Judges challenge O.C. ban on sex offenders

Governments love to demonize people to create a need for people to think they need protection from what ever menace the government is currently demonizing.

As H. L. Mencken said:

"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."
And in this article the government seems to be demonizing "sex offenders".

Now most people hate perverted sick "sex offenders", but frequently "sex offenders" are not really "sex offenders".

In Arizona if you get caught taking a leek in an alley, under Arizona law you are considered to be a "sex offender".

And most people don't consider somebody that takes a pee in an alley a dangerous criminal that will rape and kill innocent children.

I think California is like Arizona and that "peeing in an alley" is one of the crimes that will get you labeled as a "sex offender".

Will Enrique Peña Nieto continue the insane drug war???

Today Mexico has a new President. My only question is will Enrique Peña Nieto continue the insane drug war that Felipe Calderon started?

Sadly the Mexican drug war is really the American drug war which has been financed by the American government and which has resulted in the murder of 50,000+ Mexicans.

Here is more on Mexico's new President Enrique Peña Nieto.

The Monster of Monticello

While Thomas Jefferson certainly had a lot of Libertarian ideas he certainly was a hypocrite and didn't practice them.

This article talks a lot about how Jefferson was involved with slavery.

Of course that doesn't mean the the Libertarian ideas are bad or evil, it just means that Thomas Jefferson was a hypocrite who didn't practice what he preached.

I have had the same problem with some phoney baloney jerks in the Arizona Libertarian Party spreading lies that I am a government snitch.

Skype a tool or trap for freedom fighters???

This article is about how freedom fighters in Syria are using Skye to communicate because the internet and cell phone service have been shut down.

I suspect like most things Skype certainly can be used as a tool to communicate. But I also suspect that when you use anything with radio waves, your enemies can use those radio waves to track you down and kill you.

Sex Offenders - A jobs program for cops???

From these articles it sure sounds like the draconian laws against sex offenders who have done their time is mostly a jobs program for cops and other government bureaucrats.

On top of that the laws sound so draconian and complex that I suspect they are doomed to fail because it is almost impossible for homeless, unemployed former sex offenders to obey the laws.

Many of these people classified by the government as "sex offenders" are really not "sex offenders". If you have been arrested for taking a leak in an alley these silly, evil and draconian laws classify you as a sex offender and require you to register as a sex offender.

I think H. L. Mencken famous quote addresses this issue perfectly

"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

A propaganda piece for light rail in Mesa

Here is a nice piece of propaganda on how wonderful light rail in Mesa will be.

Of course they don't mention it but every time somebody buys a $1.75 pass to ride the light rail it will cost something like $17.50 for the government to provide the services that somebody just paid $1.75 for.

Pentagon sending hundreds more spies overseas

I think the American government spends more on our military then all the other countries of the world combined spend. And from this article we are INCREASING our military throughout the world.

According to the article the Pentagon is sending hundreds more spies overseas.

4 days before marijuana is legal in Washington state

According to this article next Thursday you will be able to legally smoke a marijuana cigarette in Washington state.

I suspect the Homeland Security thugs that routinely read my web pages will be very unhappy about that because they will have to arrest dangerous real criminals instead of harmless pop smokers.

On the other hand for the rest of us the good news is that it seems like this is the beginning of the end of the insane and unconstitutional war on drugs.

Sports are 50 percent of your cable TV costs

According to this article the cost associated with sports account for 50 percent of your cable TV costs.

Since I think sports suck I would cancel my cable TV contract if I wasn't homeless.

But since most of the cable TV businesses are monopolies granted by the government I suspect that there is not incentive to let people pick and choose which cable TV channels they want to pay for.

If I had cable TV I would not want any sports channels if they accounted for half of my bill.

Why work when the government will give you free stuff???

OK, I guess I stated that wrong. Really why should you work when you can vote to get the government to steal from rich folks and give the stolen loot to you.

Well at least that's the question Vin raises in this article.

MAMA this week???

For something to do I went to the Tempe Festival of the Arts this week in downtown Tempe.

Same old stuff, but something to do.

Sunday - Dec 2 - More on that cactus wound

Last Thursday I woke up with a dirty cactus needle stuck an inch deep into my leg. I was afraid it would get infected.

The good news is that the swelling had gone down and I can hardly feel it any more.

I hope that means I didn't get an infection from the cactus needle.

As I said before I suspect government workers delibertally planted the cactus needle hoping it would get stuck in me.

Pay raises for Mesa elected officials????

The royal rulers of Mesa are talking about voting to give themselvers a pay raise.

In this article they are talking about almost tripling the pay rate of the mayor from $30,000 to $80,000. And tripling the pay rate for the city council members from for the mayor and $20,000 to $60,000.

Wow that's not bad for the part time jobs of mayor and city council members!!!

U.S. Marshal accused of ethics violation

According to this article a U.S. Marshals agent who was responsible for coordinating a $124 million annual contract with Corrections Corporation of America in Florence is facing criminal charges in federal court over an attempt to secure a job with the private-prison operator.

Strategy, timing key to states’ pot legalization

This article is about the path to legalization of marijuana in Washington state.

Pot legalization no free ride to smoke on campus

Even if pot is legal in Washington and Colorado we have years of work to to to "undemonize" marijuana.

Our government masters have been spreading lies and propaganda to demonize marijuana since it was made illegal in 1937 and we have many years of work ahead of us to undo the work of these government liars and hate mongers who demonized this harmless drug over the years.

Read more about it in this article.

Arizona Republic still at war with marijuana users

From this editorial it is perfectly clear that the folks at the Arizona Republic are still at war with medical marijuana users.

Smugglers ram U.S. Coast Guard boat trying to arrest them

According to this article two men have been detained after a veteran U.S. Coast Guard chief petty officer was killed Sunday after suspected smugglers in a panga rammed his vessel off the Ventura County coast.

Sally finally got her medical marijuana card

I saw this poster at the Tempe Festival of Arts and thought it was hilarious!!!!

60 years in prison for selling $850 worth of drugs

Michael Edwards got 60 years in prison for the victimless crime of selling $850 worth of illegal drugs according to this article.

The only criminals here are the elected officials that passed this insane law. Well and the cops that arrested the guy along with prison officials and other government bureaucrats that are keeping Michael Edwards in prison for this victimless crime.

Son of kingman legislator Doris Goodale gets 3½ years for smuggling heroin

According to this article Michael Goodale who is the son of Kingman legislator Doris Goodale is going to cop a plea and get 3½ years in prison for smuggling heroin.

Lets face it, the "war on drugs" is impossible to win. It's time to legalize all drugs.

Phoenix City Manager pay increased by $78,000 to $315,000

Man, our royal government masters pay themselves really well.

According to this article Phoenix City Manager David Cavazos will receive a $78,000 pay raise this year, bring his base salary to $315,000. Of course that doesn't include all his pay. This government parasite also gets a $600 per month car allowance, $4,000 annual “longevity” bonus and about $35,000 in deferred compensation.

Cop gets 3 months probation for falsifying his hours worked

According to this article Phoenix Police Officer George Contreras got a tiny slap on the wrist for cheating the citizens of Phoenix out of their money.

According to the article George Contreras got three months unsupervised probation for stealing what sounds like $6,000+ from the tax payers.

Tom Horne tells Arizona to chill

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident In this editorial Linda Valdez seems to think that Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne is a hypocrite who should resign!!!

When it comes to hypocrites Tom Horne sure seems like one when it comes to the medical marijuana issue.

Tom Horne didn't like the fact that the citizens of Arizona voted to legalize marijuana for medical uses.

So Tom Horne asked Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to declare Prop 203 null and void so he could continue throwing medical marijuana users in prison.

Tom you are a real jerk!!!!! Linda Valdez is right! You should resign!!!!!

State Bar investigates Attorney General Tom Horne

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident According to this article the State Bar of Arizona is investigating Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne over allegations stemming from a 14-month investigation into campaign finance violations.

Horne is also charged with a Class 3 misdemeanor for leaving the scene of an accident with an unattended vehicle. The Class 3 misdemeanor carries a maximum of 30 days in jail and a $500 fine. He has pleaded not guilty.

The article didn't mention it, but Tom Horne is also the jerk who asked Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to declare Arizona's medical marijuana laws null and void so that he could continue throwing medical marijuana users in prison.

Only cops are allowed to direct traffic in Arizona

In this article they try to explain why you always see cops directing traffic at private businesses.

The article forgot to mention that our royal government masters created a jobs program for cops by making it illegal for anybody except cops to direct traffic.

US Navy denies claim that Iran captured another drone

According to this article the U.S. Navy is denying that Iran captured another American drone in the waters of the Persian Gulf.

If you ask me you can't trust the military nut jobs in either the American or Iranian government, although in this case the American Empire seems to be the aggressor and bad guy, based on past actions.

Hell, the American Empire has invaded both Iraq and Afghanistan which are both in Iran's neighborhood.

More on smuggling marijuana into Los Angeles by boat

Here is another article on that smuggling case where a member of the U.S. Coast Guard was killed by pot smugglers attempt to smuggle weed into Los Angeles.

A union election is a government election???

I saw a union election at at Scottsdale city hall today and I was surprised to find out it was treated as a normal government election.

They had those signs up that said nobody except voters and election employees were allowed within 75 feet of the polling place.

I asked the guy there what it was about and he told me it was a union election for the city employees of Scottsdale.

I wonder if tax dollars were spent on this union election????

Chicago wants $850,000 'code of silence' verdict set aside

Let's face it most governments are corrupt to the core.

In this case the tyrants that run the city of Chicago want to erase the verdict from this court case so in future cases of police corruption they can pretend that police corruption doesn't exist.

Politicians love to claim they are our servants, but servants who behave this way are fired and should be sent to prison and have a permanent black mark on their record saying they can't be trusted.

Fort Hood shooting judge removed for showing bias

According to this article a military judge has been thrown off the Fort Hood deadly shooting case after an appeals court found that his treatment of the suspect, including an order to have the man forcibly shaved, indicated a lack of impartiality.

Judge orders father of 9 to stop having children

According to this article 44-year-old Corey Curtis has been ordered by Judge Tim Boyle not to have any more children.

The problem isn't this guy having lots of kids.

The problem is the government forcing the rest of us to support and pay for the guys kids.

Again the government is the cause of the problem, not the solution to the problem.

Shirakawa must pay back $12,772 in credit card purchases

George Shirakawa racks up lavish expenses on public's dime. He treats himself like a royal government ruler According to this article Santa Clara County Supervisor George Shirakawa has been ordered to pay back $12,772 for personal items he used his Santa Clara County credit card to purchase.

I am not surprised that Santa Clara County Supervisor George Shirakawa tried to screw the citizens of Santa Clara County out of $12,772.

But I am surprised that the courts ordered him to pay it back. When our government masters screw the taxpayers the courts almost always find some lame excuse to let them keep the money they stole from us.

Who is John McAffee???

Here is a link to John McAffee's blog.

For several days, weeks or perhaps months, John McAfee who might be a fugitive from Belize for allegedly murdering his neighbor has been writing this blog while he is on the run.

While I do think that all victimless crimes such as drug war crimes, prostitution and gambling should be legalized I certainly don't think murder or other crimes with real victims should be legalized any time soon.

And of course I should repeat that John McAffee may not be guilty of murder. He is just wanted by the police for questioning about the murder.

Of course that usually means the police think he is guilty of the crime and want to use the questioning ruse as an excuse to get him to turn himself in to them so they can arrest him.

After John Mc Affee was released and returned to the USA I started this article about him.

David Cavazos' pay hike is an insult to city workers and taxpayers

Laurie Roberts seems to think that when the royal rulers of the city of Phoenix gave the Phoenix City Manager David Cavazos a $78,000 pay raise, bring his base salary up to $315,000 that it is an insult to city workers and taxpayers according to this article.

I certainly agree with Laurie Roberts and that that most people, even non-Libertarian love your government types will agree that the taxpayers got screwed on this deal.

Attacked by a cholla cactus

As I was walking to my camp in the desert yesterday a cholla cactus just jumped out of nowhere and attacked my hand.

I wonder if that is why they are called jumping cactuses???

It scared the krap out of me and was a bit painful.

Well what really happened was I was carrying a couple of coats with me because it was still too warm to put them both on and I suspect one of the coats was close to the ground and picked up a chunk of cholla cactus.

Then as I was moving around the chunk of cholla cactus flew off of my coat and landed on my hand sticking me real good.

I pulled the cactus off and the pain stopped pretty quick.

I was surprised at how light the cactus was.

Before I could continue I had to feel up both of the coats I was carrying, all the clothing I was wearing and my gloves to make sure that they didn't have any other chunks of cholla cactus on them.

I didn't want to be painfully awakened in the middle of the night when I rolled over in my sleep and had a whole bunch of cactus needles stab my body in the middle of the night.

Cholla cactuses are called jumping because parts of the cactuses appear to jump off of the cactus and land on people.

The truth is the cholla cactuses are real fragile and break off real easy giving people the impression that they jump at you.

If you ask me the cholla cactus family also has the meanest, baddest needles of any cactus family I know.

They are tiny, long needles that are real good at stabbing you.

Many varieties of prickly pear cactuses also have mean nasty needles like the cholla cactuses. But a lot of varieties of prickly pear cactus don't have real nasty needles, and some prickly pear cactuses don't even have needles.

Largers cactuses like saguaros and barrel cactuses have needles that are more like nails rather then needles. If you brush up against them they won't stab you and implant their needles in your skin.

Some people will use saguaro cactus needles like a toothpick, but I won't know because it's a Federal crime to remove a needle from any cactus.

And for those of you in New York City who are going to criticize me for then cactuses instead of cacti, you can call them cacti all you want as long as you live in your cactus free frozen waste land.

But if you come to Arizona, where real cactuses grow in the ground every whererather then the silly styrofoam cactuses you can purchase at some silly convenience store in a subway station you will probably call them cactuses like the rest of us folks in Arizona do.

Last week I got attacked by a cactus too, but I suspect that cactus was intentional planted their by t he police to harm me.

You can read more about that cactus attack here.

Arizona medical marijuana law is constitutional

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident In these articles Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Gordon rules that Arizona's medical marijuana laws are constitutional despite conflicting with Federal laws that say marijuana is a dangerous drug with no medical use whatsoever.

The ruling is a slap in the fact to Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne who asked Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to declare Prop 203 null and void so he could continue sending marijuana users to prison.

Case puts prayer healing in spotlight

As an atheist I realize that nothing fails like prayer when he comes to treating people for medical problems.

On the other hand even though I don't think praying is an effective treatment for medical problems I certainly don't think the government should mandate what type of medical treatment you can and can't give people to cure their illnesses.

That should be left to the doctors and medical experts, not politicians.

In this article the Wisconsin Supreme Court said it's OK to put Dale and Leilani Neumann in prison for murder because they prayed to for their child to be cured of an illness instead of sending the child to a doctor.

In this case I think the government is just as stupid as Dale and Leilani Neumann.

Thousands sickened by fake pot drugs Spice and K2

According to this article thousands of people are getting sick by using fake marijuana drugs like Spice and K2, which are legal instead of marijuana.

As usual government is the cause of the problem, not the solution to the problem.

If the government had not made marijuana, which is harmless recreational drug illegal these people would not be getting sick smoking legal, but potentially dangerous drugs like Spice and K2.

Chicken Littles lose again (aka Tom Horne)

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident In this editorial E.J. Montini ridicules Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery for their attempts to flush the will of the people down the toilet and get Arizona's medical marijuana laws declared unconstitutional.

Linda Valdez says it's time to legalize recreational marijuana

Usually Linda Valdez is very negative towards medical marijuana. So I was suprised when she wrote this article which says we should legalize marijuana for recreational use.

I agree with Linda Valdez 100 percent on this issue. Well expect for the part where Linda Valdez thinks pot should be taxed.

Why on earth should some worthless government bureaucrat at the state capital in Phoenix, Arizona get money every time you smoke a joint.

It's time to fire those government bureaucrats and make them work at honest jobs like the rest of us do.

John McAfee located with GPS info in cell phone photo!!!

According to this article some hacker has located fugitive John McAfee with from the META data his cell phone included in a photo.

According to the hacker and the meta data the photo was taken at a latitude and longitude of 15° 39’ 29.4 North, 88° 59’ 31.8 West,” at 12:26 p.m. Monday.

When the Feds passed the law which required cell phone manufacturers to allow cell phones to tell the authorities the location of a cell phone they told us it was to make us safer. That was 100 percent BS. The purpose was to allow the police and government to hunt down cell phone users.

And of course in this case some anonymous hacker used that info to track down fugitive John McAfee's location.

The bottom line is to remember that ANYTIME you use a cell phone it is constantly broadcasting your location to the police and government authorities.

And while the internet isn't broadcasting your location on the air waves like a cell phone is, every time you use the internet your current location or IP address is sent across the internet and can be used to location your physical location.

I also think that some high end cameras have GPS systems in then that will add the location of where you shot all your photos as META data inside the photo, again allowing the government to track down the location of any photos you shoot.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer murders another prison inmate

According to this article the state of Arizona murdered another prison inmate today.

Richard Dale Stokley was executed today at 10 a.m.

Yea, I know he deserved to die for his crimes.

But what about all the innocent people that are convicted of crimes they didn't do? Do they deserve to be murdered for a crime they didn't commit just because some jury thought they were guilty???

It's Jupiter!!!!

For the past several days I have been noticing a really bright star in the eastern sky before I go to bed which I suspect is a planet.

I googled around for the location of the planets and it turns out the bright star is Jupiter.

I was kind of surprised because Jupiter is as bright as Venus is.

Venus is currently in the early morning sky and I watch it on my trip out of the desert.

How do you spell revenue?? - Disabled parking tickets!!!!

1) I believe that all these tickets talked about in this article are written to people who park in disabled parking spaces on PRIVATE property, not government property.

2) I believe that per Federal law every business is required to have X disabled parking spaces based on the size of the business. 3) The tickets are outrageously expensive. The article says from $288 and $562.

4) Even if you OWN the property you can get a ticket for parking in a disabled parking spot if you don't have the government permit for your car

New high for medical pot backers

In this editorial E.J. Montini actually seems to support medical marijuana. It's about time!!!!

3 Wise Men go up again on Tempe Butte

Screw the Federal and Arizona Constitutions that both say it is illegal to mix government and religion.

Every year during the Christmas and Easter seasons the city of Tempe is going to force the Christian religion on us in Downtown Tempe according to this article,

Busted for having sex with prison inmates???

According to this article Stephen Andrew Bearden a guard at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Perryville was arrested for having sex with the inmates.

Marijuana is now LEGAL in Washington State

Let's hope this marks the beginning of the end of the insane and unconstitutional "war on drugs"!!!!

In this article people are celebrating in Washington State because marijuana is now legal for recreational use.

Police: Gun found in Ill. lawmaker’s carry-on bag

More of the "do as I say, not as I do" from our government masters!!!! In this article Sen. Donne Trotter, a Chicago Democrat was arrested for carrying an unloaded .25-caliber Beretta handgun and a magazine clip with six bullets when he tried to board a flight at O’Hare International Airport, according to Chicago police.

Will Washington state bureaucrats support the will of the people???

The next question is now that marijuana is legal in Washington state will the elected officials in Washington support the peoples will to legalize marijuana??? Or will they do everything possible to throw a monkey wrench into the will of the people and keep marijuana illegal.

This article address that question.

Of course here in Arizona our government tyrants such as Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne have done everything possible to flush the will of the people down the toilet and keep medical marijuana illegal.

In fact Tom Horne asked Jan Brewer to simply declare Prop 203 null void so he could continue throwing medical marijuana patients in prison.

Parking meters are design to raise revenue - nothing else!!!

According to this article the city of Los Angeles will start ticketing people that are parked at broken parking meters.

We are told by our government masters that the whole purpose of parking meters is to free up parking spaces in highly congested areas.

But that is just a bunch of BS from our money hungry government masters. From this article you should be able to figure out that the main purpose of parking meters is to raise money for our royal government rulers.

Law professors file motion against erasing 'code of silence' verdict

In this article two law professors who focus on police accountability have filed a motion opposing Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s move to erase a federal jury’s recent finding that a “code of silence” exists in the Chicago Police Department.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel wants to pay the woman the money she won for having the living sh*t beat out of her by a crooked cop.

But Mayor Rahm Emanuel also wants to erase the verdict that the cop beat the living sh*t beat out of the woman so this verdict can't be used against crooked Chicago cops in the future.

Deciphering the Tools of Nature’s Zombies

An interesting article about real life zombies.

San Francisco narc admits robbing prostitutes and stealing drugs

In this article a narcotics agent in the East San Francisco Bay area admits robbing prostitutes and stealing drugs.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne Sex Scandal

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident Here is an interesting article in the Phoenix New Times.

The article Assistant Attorney General Carmen Chenal who allegedly is Tom Horne's mistress.

The article also mentions the hit and run accident that Tom Horne was allegedly involved in on his way to have an affair with Carmen Chenal.

At the same time all this has been happening Tom Horne has been doing everything he possibly can to get Arizona's new medical marijuana law thrown out so he can resume throwing medical marijuana patients in prison.

How many allergy deaths have been caused by the "war on drugs"

In this editorial Lisa Horne says the government should let schools stockpile epinephrine to prevent children from dying from allergic reactions. editorial by saying the government is the cause of the problem.

If the government had not made it illegal to purchase drugs with out a prescription from a doctor Lisa Horne would never have written the article because the problem would not exist.

Irish Babe???

tilted kilt babe???? - Irish babe? Scottish babe? English babe????

¿Vamos a mentir?

Feds should back off when states legalize pot, poll says

According to this article Americans are split over whether marijuana should be decriminalized -- 50 percent say no, 48 percent say yes -- but they overwhelmingly agree on this: When states vote to legalize pot, the feds should look the other way.

I suspect most Americas are clueless that many legal experts say all the Federal laws making drugs illegal are unconstitutional.

And of course that is based on the 10th Amendment which says:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
So the first question is prior to 1914 what part of the U.S. Constitution gave the Feds the power to regulate liquor?

Of course there isn't a word in the U.S. Constitution giving the Feds the power to regulate liquor.

So when our government created that dismal failure to make booze illegal which was called the Prohibition what did Uncle Sam have to do to make it all legal?

Pass a Constitutional Amendment giving Uncle Sam the power to regulate liquor which was the 18th Amendment which reads:

Section 1. After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.

Section 2. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Section 3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.

OK, now here is where people's eyes start to glaze over.

Is there one word in the U.S. Constitution that gives Uncle Sam the power to regulate marijuana or any other drug?

No!!!!

Go ahead read the Constitution. You know how to Google! You can find it on you own and search it for every possible word that would give the Feds the power to regulate marijuana or any other drug!

OK, so you're satifisied that the Constitution doesn't give the Feds to power to regulate marijuana or any other drug.

So that must mean we have passed a Constitutional Amendment giving Uncle Sam the power to regulate marijuana and other drugs like the 18th Amendment gave the Feds the power to regulate liquor?

Can you tell me what Amendment that is?

Oh, there isn't an Amendment giving Uncle Sam the power to regulate marijuana like the 18th Amendment.

And of course that is why those legal scholars will tell you that per the 10th Amendment all the Federal drug laws are unconstitutional.

Of course don't tell the U.S. Supreme Court that!!!

They think the Interstate commerce clause gives Uncle Sam the power to regulate anything on the planet!!!

Of course if that is true how come they had to pass the 18th Amendment to start America's failed war on liquor?

The Commerce Clause refers to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution. It reads:

SNIP

To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;

SNIP

Arizona's first legal marijuana store opens!!!!

According to this article Arizona's first legal marijuana store opened in Glendale, Arizona.

Sadly the prices are outrageous!!!!

One-eighth of an ounce of pot for $55 to $60" - That's $440 to $480 for a stinking ounce of pot!!!

Of course if marijuana was legal a kilo of weed wouldn't cost any more then a head of lettuce.

Black boxes in cars raise privacy concerns

There is a computer snitch in your call that will tell everything that happened to the cops or your insurance company if you get into an accident according to this article.

I don't have a problem with car venders installing these computer snitches in your car. I do have a problem with the government mandating that car makers install these computer snitches in your car.

The article didn't address it but I wonder if the government will require car makers to install GPS chips in your car to tell the police where you have traveled?

Obama say f*ck legalizing marijuana in Washington and Colorado

From this article it sounds like President Obama could care less about the will of the people who voted to legalize marijuana in Washington state and Colorado.

In the article Obama and his DEA thugs seem to be planning a new war on pot smokers so they can keep their high paying jobs that allow them to throw people in prison for the victimless crime of smoking or selling marijuana.

Baby Gabriel's mom, Elizabeth Johnson got railroaded???

In this article Elizabeth Johnson who is Baby Gabriel's mom gets 5 years in prison. Personally I think Elizabeth Johnson was railroaded by the system.

While Elizabeth Johnson certainly is the number one suspect in the suspect murder of Baby Gabriel, we don't even know if Baby Gabriel has been murdered. No body has been found.

Also I don't think there is a sherd of evidence that indicates that Elizabeth Johnson committed any crimes, although many people think she is guilty because she had a motive to do it.

I always thought in the American criminal justice system you had to have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that the person did the crime before convicting them, and I don't think that happened in this case.

Spending $2.38 billion for a job that pays a lousy $400,000!!!

In this article we find out that Obama and Romney spent a combined $2.38 billion for a job that pays a lousy $400,000 a year or $1.6 million for the length of the term.

I suspect that means the system is corrupt to the core and the winner, along with the special interest groups that helped the winner get elected will easily get back the money they spent thru kickbacks and government pork contracts.

The $2.38 billion Obama and Romney spent is almost 1,500 times what the job of President pays for the 4 year term.

Phoenix should rescind David Cavazos' $78,000 pay raise

Chicago loves crooked cops???

From this article it sure sounds like the city of Chicago loves the crooked cops on it's police force and will do anything, including spending millions in legal fees to prevent them from being punished for crimes they commit.

Sadly Chicago isn't much different then the other cities across the USA that support and protect their crooked cops from the people they pretend to serve.

Plenty of smoke clouds the future of legalized pot in Washington

According to this article Washington government bureaucrats estimate their legal marijuana will cost $12 a gram when it hits the market?? That's outrageous!!! That's $336 an ounce!!!!

Jesus, are those Washington government bureaucrats smoking crack!!!!

Marijuana is a stinking weed that grows any where and ever where.

I got a black thumb and even I could grow the stuff if I wanted to.

As long as the government stays in the marijuana business we will be paying black market prices for pot!

And of course now as the article says one out of every five Americans are on the dole and receive food stamps.

Medical marijuana was been legalized and nothing happened???

In this letter to the editor from Robb Kask of Phoenix medical pot was been legalized and nothing happened???

I think it would be interesting to get the statistics on how much crime has increased or decreased since medical marijuana has been legalize in Arizona.

Prior to the election in which the people voted to legalize medical marijuana with Prop 203 the police and government bureaucrats told us that the world would end as we know it if medical marijuana was legalized.

Of course medical pot is now legal and absolutely NOTHING has happened.

I suspect if we can get unbiased crimes statistics from the cops it will show that there has been absolutely no increase in crime do do medical marijuana being legalized in Arizona

Lawsuit over forced DNA in Phoenix officer’s death

In this article the Phoenix Police seem to be violating the 4th Amendment rights of some Phoenix Police officers involved in the Sgt. Trent Crump case.

I never have been a big fan of pigs. But pigs should have the same constitutional rights as the rest of us.

Flushing the 4th Amendment down the toilet for piggies is just as wrong as when cops flush our 4th Amendment rights down the toilet by illegally searching us.

Last the Sgt. Trent Crump is really weird. It sounds like Sgt. Trent Crump committed suicide because he know he was going to be arrested on felony charges for falsifying his hours worked.

But the Phoenix PD seems to have done everything possible to make his suicide look like a murder to cover up Sgt. Crump's crimes.

Dec 12 - It's getting real cold out!!!!

I don't think it has been really cold this winter, or at least compared to how cold it usually gets.

Last night was the coldest night of the year if you ask me. I wore an extra sweatshirt. I probably should have worn an extra two or three sweatshirts which I will do to night.

I will also put on a couple of more thermal underwear pants and start wearing 4 pairs of socks instead of 2 pairs of socks.

Viewing the planets!!!

STAR TRAK

Jupiter will reach its annual peak in December, appearing in the east during evening twilight and dominating the sky all night. The giant planet will be at opposition on Dec. 2, rising above the eastern horizon soon after sunset.

Viewed from mid-northern latitudes, it will be about 70 degrees above the southern horizon around local midnight. Jupiter's four planet-sized moons -- Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto -- will be on vivid display when Jupiter is so high in the sky.

Mars will continue to be low in the southwest after sunset during December, appearing about 10 degrees above the horizon as the evening sky darkens. The red-orange object will be easy to see if you have an unobstructed view, moving eastward quickly and so remaining at about the same altitude every night. Mars will set about two hours after the sun all month.

As Jupiter drops low in the northwest before morning twilight, Saturn, Venus and Mercury will be a tight group low in the southeastern sky early in the month that will gradually spread out as the weeks go by. The highest and faintest will be yellow Saturn, which will rise around 4 a.m. local time as December begins and about 2:30 a.m. by month's end.

Venus, by far the brightest of the group, will rise about a half hour after Saturn, and Mercury will follow about 40 minutes later. Each morning Venus will appear lower and Saturn higher, so by month's end the two will be 40 degrees apart and Venus will begin sinking into the glow of morning twilight.

Mercury will have its best morning appearance of the year for observers at mid-northern latitudes, rising unusually high and being easy to locate to the lower left (east) of Venus. The two planets will be closest on Dec. 9. Mercury may be too low to see without binoculars during the last week of December.

Solstice

The sun will be farthest south in Earth's sky at 6:12 a.m. EST (11:12 Universal Time) on Dec. 21, marking the start of winter in the Northern Hemisphere and summer in the Southern Hemisphere. For the next six months in the Northern Hemisphere, the days will be getting longer.

So my summary is:

  1. Jupiter will be in the east after sunset
  2. Mars will be in the southwest after sunset for only 2 hours
  3. Saturn, Venus and Mercury will be in the southeastern sky in the morning.
    • Saturn which will rise around 4 a.m. local time as December begins and about 2:30 a.m. by month's end.
    • Venus will rise about a half hour after Saturn
    • Mercury will rise about 70 minutes after Saturn or 40 minutes after Venus

Valley Metro Light Rail Strike in Phoenix

According to this article the train operators or drivers of the Valley Light Rail trains may go on strike on New Years Day of 2013.

Those dumb union train drivers are not too bright. While you can purchase a train ticket for $1.75, it costs the government $17.50 to provide the transportation a person can buy for $1.75.

Why the dumb union train drivers are demanding higher wages and threatening to go on strike for a system that loses tons of money is beyond me.

‘Joey’s Law’ won't fix anything

Again the government is the cause of the problem, not the solution to the problem.

A few years back the Arizona government made it a FELONY for people who did not have auto insurance to be involved in an accident.

Of course that silly law cause the number of hit and run accidents to increase, because a person without auto insurances who stops to report the accident will automatically be charged with a felony.

The solution to this problem, which the government created is to repeal the silly law making it a FELONY to be involved in an accident and not have auto insurance.

I suspect that ‘Joey’s Law’ which is talked about in this article was passed because of the increase in hit and run accidents caused by the new Arizona law making it a FELONY to be involved in an accident and not have auto insurance.

‘Joey’s Law’ is a worthless piece of "feel good, tough on crime" legislation that won't do jack sh*t to stop the problem of people who don't have auto insurance from leaving the scene of accidents.

About the only thing ‘Joey’s Law’ will do is help the politicians who passed it get reelected.

Of course a campaign contribution works just as effectively as a bribe, and most important a campaign contribution, which does the same thing as a bribe, isn't illegal.

In a Federal lawsuit Chicago Police Officer Anthony Abbate was found guilty of beating the living krap out of petite Chicago bartender Karolina Obrycka. The city of Chicago was also found guilty of a "police code of silence" where corrupt cops cover up the crimes of other corrupt cops.

The city of Chicago wants the verdict throw out because it will make it easier for other citizens to sue Chicago when they are beaten up, robbed or have other crimes committed against them by corrupt cops according to this article.

While our government masters routinely tell us they are "public servants", articles like this one prove that in reality they are not "public servants", but royal government rulers.

Gun rights, even in Illinois

HTML5 & CSS3

I went to a class in Chandler put on by Intel about HTML 5.

Allegedly HTML5 which includes your HTML tags, the JavaScript language along with CSS, which is the same old stuff in HTML4 will be a new language you can write software for embedded stuff like phones or toasters.

Allegedly you write the HTML5 code, download it to your device and bingo the device will work like you want it to.

Of course each device will have to have some software in the DEVICE that executes the HTML5, which again will be a combination of the same old HTML tags, CSS3 tags and the JavaScript programming language which we have in HTML4.

They also said that HTML5 has stuff in it which supports things like the camera in your cellphone, so your software can control the camera.

HTML5 will also allow you to query the GPS chip in your device so you can capture GPS information, such as grabbing the location a photo was taken like the the case of fugitive software geek John McAffee???

In the end it didn't sound like HTML5 was much different then the current HTML4, other then the new bells and whistles which HTML5 will support.

Jenni Rivera dies in Mexican plane crash

I don't know who Jenni Rivera is, but all the Spanish language newspapers I read are writing about her death in a plane crash.

One article said she lived in Encino which is a part of the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.

She was flying from Monterrey where she gave a concert to Toluca where her plane crashed.

I think Toluca is in the state of Mexico, rather then being a suburb of Mexico City or Mexico D.F. Toluca is also pretty close to Mexico City or Mexico D.F.

That's kinda of like Seattle being a city in the American state of Washington state, rather then being a suburb of the American city of Washington D.C.

Sewer boring machine

I was at a friends house and they were installing a sewer line and I got to watch.

They were using one of those boring machines that basically is an underground snake that drills a hole for the sewer line while it is underground, so there is no need to dig a trench to install the sewer line.

I lied about it being a boring machine that drills a hole. Probably because I always assumed that is what it was.

In really it is really a hydraulic jack that pushes a cable thru the ground without any boring.

When I got there the machine or snake it was pushing hit a rock.

They just increase the pressure and the machine pushes the snake around the rock. Pretty cool.

I looked at the thing that did the actual work and its just 2 stinking hydraulic jacks that push the steel cable thru the ground.

Just 2 stinking hydraulic jacks, like the jacks that you use to raise your car when you need to change the tires.

The 2 hydraulic jacks were mounted on a frame that pushes the cable thru the ground.

First the 2 hydraulic jacks push the cable 1 foot thru the ground.

You then have to unclamp the frame from the cable. Move the frame back 1 foot. Then reclamp the frame to the steel cable.

Now you are ready to have the machine push the cable another 1 foot thru the ground.

Then you have to keep repeating the procedure for every foot you go thru the ground.

The gizmo that pushes the cable thru the ground was hooked up to a motor via two hydraulic lines.

Yep, just like on a tractor or other machine where you hook to various tools used by the tractor to the tractors hydraulic system as a source of power.

The power unit was about as big as a very large ice chest. Or maybe as big as two ice chests.

There was a motor the size of a lawn mower motor that was generating all the power.

I think it was just pumping the hydraulic fluid.

There was a rather large container containing all the hydraulic fluid. That container was the size of a medium sized ice chest. At first I thought it contained gasoline or diesel fuel to power the motor, but I was assured it contained the hydraulic fluid to push the cable thru the ground.

I suspect the whole set up could be purchased for under $10,000.

I did a quick google on this. I couldn't find anything like I saw, but I did find one site that will rent you the 2 inch machines for $200 a day or $550 a week.

It's going to rain tonight

Light rain falls across Valley; more expected

By Marissa Scott

Light showers began falling over the Valley on Thursday evening, with a steady rainfall expected around midnight, according to the National Weather Service.

“There should be a four- to five-hour period of steady rain,” meteorologist Chris Kuhlman said. “It should start tapering off at 5 a.m.”

However, morning commuters can still expect to see scattered showers, he said.

The storm is expected to drop half an inch of rain in most of the Valley and up to three quarters of an inch in the higher elevations north of Phoenix, in north Scottsdale and east Mesa, Kuhlman said.

Phoenix Police Towing Contracts Corrupt???

There is some mild grumbling that the towing contracts with the Phoenix Police are corrupt according to this article.

But it's just mild grumbling, not a "I got ya" like most of the articles I post.

Bid to move suit vs. polygamists denied

Even thought I am an atheist, I think religious nut jobs should have their First Amendmet right to believe in all the nutty superstitious things they believe in. And in this trial I suspect the government is trampling on the rights of the FLDS Mormons that live in Colorado City, Arizona and Hilldale, Utah.

Yea, those FLDS Mormons are real nut jobs. But they are not any nuttier then your run of the mill Christians.

Arizona seeks comments on passenger rail proposals

Sorry for my negative views on government, but I suspect these hearings are solely for the purpose of justifying a rail line between Phoenix and Tucson. I suspect all the "no it's too expensive" cries will be ignored.

Think of the rail line between Tucson and Phoenix as a government welfare and jobs program for employees of ADOT. They want it because it's pork for them.

Russia says Assad may fall in Syria

While the title of this article says that Russia thinks that Assad may fall in Syria, I suspect the real issue in Syria is about which super power will be buddies with the new dictator that ends up controlling Syria.

And of course both superpowers would like to be in that position because it will give them more power in the Middle East.

Anybody that think that Russia or the USA is concerned about the freedom of the people of Syria is naive.

Rape - It's the woman's fault???

Well at least that's what Judge Derek Johnson says in this article.

I wonder if Judge Derek Johnson also blames robbery victims who didn't put up a fight for the crime, rather then the robber???

European court condemns CIA in landmark ruling

In this article the European Court of Human Rights ruled that German car salesman Khaled El-Masri who was kidnapped from Macedonia, then held for four months and brutally interrogated at an Afghan prison known as the “Salt Pit” run by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency was an innocent victim of torture and abuse.

In the article the court gave him a lousy $78,500 for the crimes the American government committed against him.

Judge denies Montgomery's effort to delay marijuana dispensary paperwork

In this article Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is denied his request to continue throwing medical marijuana users in prison.

Jesus, doesn't Bill Montgomery have any real criminals to hunt down and put in prison besides pot smokers???

Obama: I’ve got ‘bigger fish to fry’ than pot smokers

Obama is a liar!!!

If that is true why is President Obama sending in his jackbooted DEA thugs to bust medical marijuana clinics in California.

DNA tests free victim 301 - Santae A. Tribble

Santae A. Tribble was framed by the cops in Washington D.C. and spent 28 years in prison for a murder he didn't commit!!!

Thank God for DNA testing, according to this article Santae A. Tribble was the 301th person that DNA tests discovered to be a victim of corrupt cops who was framed by the police for a crime he didn't commit.

Of course I am sure the Homeland Security cops who routinely read my web page will have some cockamamie justification on why it was good for the government to lock up Santae A. Tribble in prison for 28 years for a crime he didn't commit.

L.A. County sheriff's jailer charged with assaulting 2 inmates

If this works out as things usually do, all the charges against Jermaine Jackson will be dropped and at the most he will get a slap on the wrist for his criminal behavior.

Here is the article about how L.A. County sheriff's jailer Jermaine Jackson gets his jollies by beating the living sh*t out of people he considers vermin.

Bill Montgomery is a zealot who hates medical marijuana!!!!

In this editorial EJ Montini of the Arizona Republic thinks that Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is a zealot who hates medical marijuana.

Sadly I think E.J. Montini is right!!!!

Naps cause miracles???

OK, in this editorial our respect columnist Clay Thompson debunks that miracle thing and discovers that naps cause miracles, not God.

I don't know about this?

I certainly realize that God didn't do it, but is it really logical to blame the miracle that just happened on a nap Clay took while he is goofing off at his job at the Arizona Republic?

Nine Step Reid Method of getting confessions

Even if you think the "Nine Step Reid Method" of getting confessions sucks you certainly have to admit it is very effective at getting people to confess to crimes if you read this blurb on Nine Step Reid Method.

Of course the problem with the Nine Step Reid Method is that it routinely gets just as many innocent people to confess to crimes they didn't commit as it gets guilty people to confess to crimes they did commit.

9 Step Reid Method of getting confessions

Even if you think the "9 Step Reid Method" of getting confessions sucks you certainly have to admit it is very effective at getting people to confess to crimes if you read this blurb on 9 Step Reid Method.

Of course the problem with the 9 Step Reid Method is that it routinely gets just as many innocent people to confess to crimes they didn't commit as it gets guilty people to confess to crimes they did commit.

Alvarez to '60 Minutes': False confessions story was 'offensive'

In this article Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez whines and complains that the false confessions the Chicago and Illinois cops get make her look bad.

Well if Anita Alvarez was an honest ethical government official who was concerned with protecting the rights of the people, she would ban the use of the "9 Step Reid Method" by cops in Illinois to get confessions.

Of course I suspect that Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez is more concerned with sending as many people off to prison, which includes innocent people, because that will make her look tough on crime and allow her to be re-elected.

Let's face it, as long as cops use the "9 Step Reid Method" to get confessions, they will get lots of confessions, many which are false confessions by innocent people who didn't commit a crime.

That's because the "9 Step Reid Method" is the modern equivalent of the cops beating the sh*t out of a person with a rubber hose to get a confession.

Yes, the "9 Step Reid Method" is a bit more humane, because it replaces the physical rubber hose with a psychological rubber hose to get the confessions.

But the end results are the same, the police frame innocent people for crimes they didn't commit. And of course to rub salt in the wounds of the people who the cops frame with the "9 Step Reid Method" the cops and prosecutors use to false confession to make themselves look like heroes.

Just like Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez is doing in this case.

The Cost of Solitary Confinement

This article is about how the criminal justice system, which is better called the criminal injustice system uses solitary confinement to abuse prison inmates.

Messy yard cell criminals

OK, say your a slob and the cops arrest you and ship you off to prison for a few years because you didn't mow your law.

Is that the end of your problems with the messy yard police?

Nope, sorry!!! According to this article in the New York State prison system prison inmates are routinely sent to solitary confinement for the crime of having a messy cell.

Obama won’t go after marijuana use in 2 states

According to this article President Obama won’t jail pot smokers in Washington state and Colorado.

I will believe it when I see it.

When Obama first got elected he said he supported medical marijuana, but then he sent his DEA goons to raid California medical marijuana dispensaries.

I would like to think President Obama really feels this way, but he has lied to us before and I wouldn't be surprised if he is lying to us again.

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery wants to jail pot smokers

While President Obama may be admitting that his silly war on pot smokers is not winnable, here in Arizona Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery still has his head in the sand and is appealing his recent court lose that says Prop 203 which is Arizona's medical marijuana law is constitutional according to this article.

Texas cops guard cocaine shipments???

According to this article 3 South Texas lawmen including the son of a prominent county sheriff will likely spend the weekend in custody on charges accusing them and another officer of accepting thousands of dollars in bribes to guard shipments of cocaine.

Snitch City - Any Federal Prison

OK, maybe the title should have been "Snitch City - Any Prison on the Planet" because the way the system works is the government turns the inmates into snitches as way to control them, by rewarding them to snitch on their fellow prisoners.

But the title of the article is "Snitch City - Any Federal Prison", because the article is about snitches in Federal prisons.

Just to set the record straight there is this guy named David Dorn who has been spreading lies about me for the last 12 years telling people I am a snitch.

For the record I never have been a snitch and don't every plan to be a snitch and I don't know why Mr. Dorn decided to destroy my life by telling people I am a snitch.

Obama gets another gun control opportunity

With this shooting in Connecticut it looks like Obama will use it as another gun grabbing opportunity.

According to this article 20 children and 7 adults were murdered in by a 20 year old nut job who also murdered his MOM.

Trust me, anybody that murders there mom certainly isn't going to obey some silly Federal law that makes it illegal to use a gun to commit a crime.

Pot proponents hopeful, wary after Obama comments

Obama has lied to us before about his position on marijuana so I am skeptical on his claim that he is not going to shake down pot smokers in Washington state and Colorado which just legalized marijuana for recreational use.

This article says a lot of other people are also skeptical on Obama's claims.

Notice - The world will end in 6 days!!!!!

Today is Dec, 15 2012 and according to the ancient Mayan calendar the world will end on December 21 of this year.

On December 22 we are having the first annual "I survived the end of the world party" at Minder Binders Bar and Grill in Tempe, Arizona on McClintock & University.

Just so the Homeland Security goons who routinely read this web site won't feel left out or unwanted we have reserved a table for for you at this party.

LAPD ordered to pay $24 million in 13-year-old's shooting

In this article the trigger happy LA cops that were sued seem to have committed perjury in court and lied about what happened.

Of course when cops lie to cover up crimes they committed or to frame people they think are guilty they don't consider the crime they are committing to be perjury, they call it testilying.

Former LAPD detective charged with theft and fraud

According to this article Darcey Greenfield, a former Los Angeles police detective seems to have had a business on the side which involved cheating her fellow cops out of money they wanted to invest in real estate.

McAfee will not go back to Belize

According to this article John McAfee doesn't plan on going back to Belize.

Is he guilty of murder?

I don't know.

Hell, I don't trust the American police. And I certainly don't trust any third world cops in Belize either.

Microsoft using the government to defeat Google??

Many second rate businesses who can't compete in the free market ask the government to help then put their competitors out of business. From this article it seems like Microsoft is using that technique against Google.

Turkey Seizes Drugs, Guns, Ammo in Raid on Kurdish Rebels

As long as drugs are illegal criminals will use them to raise large sums of money. And that is what we see in this article.

Of course when drugs are legalized this criminal activity will disappear overnight, and all the real crimes that were cased by making drugs illegal will also disappear at the same time.

The insane world wide "war on drugs" was created by the American government and exported to the rest of the world when the American government started giving "bribes" which they call "foreign aid" to other countries to criminalize drugs.

If drugs were legal, a kilo of marijuana wouldn't cost any more then a head of lettuce

McAfee 'not out of the woods' legally

In the strange case of John McAfee, while he has been deported from Guatemala to the USA, according to this article he still could have legal troubles and perhaps be arrested and sent back to Belize to face trial for murder.

While I routinely complain that the governments laws against victimless crimes such as drug use, gambling and prostitution are wrong and immoral, I certainly do think that real crimes like murder are wrong.

More confusion on Obama's pot policy

In this article they talk about Obama's new alleged drug policy.

Obama has lied in the past and said he wouldn't bust medical marijuana users, while at the same time he was sending in his DEA thugs to raid California medical marijuana clinics.

Personally I suspect Obama is still lying to us. I suspect Obama says he won't bust pot smokers because he wants mainstream Americans to love him. I suspect he will also continue to support the unconstitutional war on drugs because he wants the DEA thugs that work for him to keep their high paying jobs arresting people for victimless drug war crimes.

Border Patrol to stop interpreting

According to this article U.S. Border Patrol agents will no longer serve as interpreters when local law enforcement agencies request language help, according to a new decree issued by the Department of Homeland Security.

Of course that should not effect you, because you are a smart person and will refuse to take part in any questioning by the police.

Many of the Founders died to give us the 5th Amendment and you shouldn't just roll over and let some pig flush your 5th Amendment down the toilet to make the pigs job easier.

The 5th Amendment, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights was created to protect us from police and government tyrants. You shouldn't just volunteer to give up your rights because some pig wants you to make his job easier.

The Bill of Rights is there to protect you from those pigs.

Tom Horne and Bill Montgomery should arrest real criminals, not pot smokers!!!!

In this letter to the editor Jason Llewellyn of Chandler, Arizona thinks that Tom Horne and Bill Montgomery should arrest real criminals instead of pot smokers!!!

Yea, Jason I agree with you 100 percent! It's a waste of our tax dollars to have the cop go around arresting people for victimless crimes that don't hurt anybody!!!!

Michigan's right-to-work movement was inevitable

I find it hard to believe that in some states union thugs are allowed to force you to join a union and pay the union thugs a cut of your wages.

That is wrong. But in this article the state of Michigan seems to have fixed that problem.

U can suck our D

According this article University of Delaware students Benjamin Goodman and Adam Bloom are charging in a federal lawsuit that the school violated their right to free speech because officials would not let them sell T-shirts at homecoming imprinted with a slang phrase commonly used to heckle opposing teams.

The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court this week. It seeks $35,000 in damages for lost sales of T-shirts bearing the slogan, “U can suck our D,” and other costs and fees.

Worshiping Santa Claus in Downtown Mesa??

In this article it sure sounds like the city of Mesa, Arizona is mixing government and religion by holding these Santa Claus parties.

Connecticut Newtown Shooting - The Victims

Here is a list of the people that were murdered in the Connecticut Newtown shooting.

Connecticut Newtown Shooting - The guns were all legal

According to this article all the guns used to murder 26+ people in the Connecticut Newtown massacre were all legal guns, that had been purchased legally and were legally owned by the mother of the shooter.

Bottom line is existing guns control laws didn't prevent these murders and new gun control laws would not have prevented the murders.

Bend over business owners. Phoenix is bringing light rail to you!!!!

Own or operate a business in Phoenix along 19th Avenue between Bethany Home Road and Dunlap Avenue??

Well the city of Phoenix and Valley Metro will do the best they can to drive you out of business while they construct their new billion dollar extension to the light rail line from Christown Mall (Spectrum Mall) out to Metro Center Mall.

Read more in this article on how the city of Phoenix and Valley Metro is going to make life difficult for you and maybe even drive you out of business over the next 4 years.

Key Glendale staffers OK'd improper fund shifting

Of course don't count on the royal rules on the Glendale City Council asking the Glendale police to investigate these crimes. They would rather cover up the crimes of the employees, then make them accountable for their actions.

Of course when it comes to making the serfs they ruler over the Glendale city council members rule will a heavy fist.

Read more about corruption in the Glendale City government in this article.

Time to boot Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery???

In this letter to the editor Bill Betz thinks it's time to boot medical marijuana hater Bill Montgomery.

If you ask me Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is more concerned with running the "drug war" which is nothing more then a jobs program for overpaid cops, prosecutors, judges, probation officers and prison guards then obeying the will of the people and legalizing medical marijuana as the people have voted 3 times to do.

Marijuana, grown in a National Forest near you!!!!

According these articles drug cartels are moving their operations from Mexico to places that are cheaper to operate in.

And of course that means they are now growing their marijuana in American National Forests and Parks which are closer to the final destination of their drug users in the USA.

As pot goes proper, a history of weed

Most people never think about when drugs when drugs became illegal. So most people have this weird idea that drugs have been illegal throughout history.

Of course that idea is wrong.

In American drugs have only been illegal for less then 100 years as I write this.

Marijuana has only been illegal for the last 75 years and was made illegal nationally in 1937 with the passage of the "1937 Marihuana Tax Act".

Technically the law didn't make marijuana illegal, but required licenses to make, import, sell or use marijuana. But over time the Feds stopped issuing the licenses making the drug illegal for all practical purposes.

Marijuana was again legalized during World War II, not because it's a great drug to get the troops high, but because hemp make great cloth and rope which were needed for the war effort.

Heroin, cocaine and the other opiate drugs were made illegal nationally in 1914 with the passage of the "1914 Harrison Narcotic Tax Act".

Again the law didn't make these drugs illegal, but required licenses to make, import, sell or use then. But over time the Feds stopped issuing the licenses making the drugs illegal for all practical purposes.

Both the "1937 Marihuana Tax Act" and the "1914 Harrison Narcotic Tax Act" were declared unconstitutional as a result of LSD guru Timothy Leary in the late 1960's.

Here is an interesting article about the history of weed or marijuana.

The article doesn't mention that today if Thomas Jefferson were alive and dabbling in marijuana like he did in the days of the American Revolution he would be arrested, declared a big time dope dealer and sentenced to life in prison.

Cops turn Connecticut murder massacre into a jobs program???

From this article it sure seems like the cops are turning the Connecticut murder massacre into a jobs program which takes days or weeks to investigate instead of a couple hours max.
"federal agents fanned out to dozens of gun stores and shooting ranges across Connecticut, chasing leads they hoped would cast light on Lanza’s life"

"At least a dozen police in camouflage gear and carrying guns arrived at St. Rose of Lima Church"

"A law enforcement official said Saturday that authorities were investigating fresh leads that could reveal more about the lead-up to the shooting"

I think H. L. Mencken was right with his statement:
"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

More on the shooting, murder massacre in Connecticut

Most of the articles are post here are related to government tyranny and abuse.

The shooting and murder massacre in Connecticut while it is tragic and sad, was not an abuse committed by government tyrants so I didn't plan on including it with my news articles documenting government abuse.

But the Connecticut murder massacre certainly is an excellent example on how all the silly, and tyrannical laws the government passes don't do anything to protect us from criminals. So I decided to create a file or url with all the articles about the Connecticut murder massacre from that point of view.

One good example is President Obama and many other gun grabbing politicians are now calling for new laws to "protect and prevent" future crimes like the Connecticut murder massacre.

But of course all the guns used in this crime where perfectly legal and the current police state gun control laws didn't prevent the crime from happening and certainly won't prevent future crimes like it from happening.

Another good example is our government bureaucrats are calling for more laws to make the schools safe and prevent future crimes like this.

Of course as a number of the articles point out the school was safe and secure and just had a new security system installed.

Of course that didn't prevent the Connecticut murder massacre because the nut job that did it just broke into the school despite the so called security system designed to prevent crimes like this. In one article the murderer shot out a window and then climbed thru the broken window to get into the school.

Yea, maybe making the area where the kiddies go to class as secure as a modern prison would have prevented the gunman from getting into the school and killing the kiddies.

But of course if that was true the gunman would have just waited out side the school and murdered the kiddies after they left school.

One of the best ways to prevent these disasters before they happen or quickly after they start is to allow the teachers and other school employees to be armed.

Allowing school employees to be armed, would help prevent these crimes from killing anymore then a few people.

If the school employees were armed perhaps they could have killed the gunman before he murdered 27 people.

Also allowing school employees to be armed would be a deterrent for criminals like the nut job that murdered 27 people in this case.

I am not from Connecticut, but I suspect if it is like any of the other American police states I suspect that guns are banned from schools.

And if that was true the the gunman knew that the teachers and children he was planning on killing would not be armed and it would be impossible for them to put up a fight.

If school employees were allowed to be armed it might have deterred the gunman from committing the crime because he would have know his victims would be able to fight back.

Gun grabber Kyrsten Sinema sponsored the "Bill of Rights monument"????

According to this article gun grabbing, 300 percent tax on medical marijuana, run the Mexicans out of town and police state fan Kyrsten Sinema sponsored the "Bill of Rights monument"

Come on that's insane. Kyrsten Sinema doesn't support the Bill of Rights any more then any other government tyrant that wants to take your guns does.

Yes, if you meet Kyrsten Sinema she is a REAL nice person that you will enjoy talking to.

But she still is a government tyrant who wants to micro-manage your life, take your guns away from you and slap a 300 percent tax on any medical marijuana you buy.

Trigger happy Ohio pigs???

According to this article the Ohio piggies fired 137 police, and murdered 2 dead Black men.

Connecticut murder - A jobs program for cops

If you read this article the investigation of the Connecticut murder massacre sure sounds like a jobs program cops.

If you ask me the criminal is dead and the case should be closed.

But according to this article the cops probably have months or years of work to do investigating the case.

Here are some of the things that need to be done:

  • investigators are tracing the history of the weapons and all the ammunition that was used, “back to their origin.”
  • it’s “going to take many, many man hours to attempt to draw this picture, to put this puzzle together”
  • Investigators have “executed numerous search warrants” and have obtained a “great deal of evidence” that still needs to analyzed
  • Some of the children may have to be interviewed as part of the process
  • officers led by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were canvassing scores of gun shops, shooting ranges and other facilities
  • more than two dozen officers are knocking on store doors, serving search warrants and reviewing video surveillance recordings in the immediate area around Newtown as well as other parts of Connecticut
  • Federal law enforcement officials said Lanza damaged his computer and hard drive, but the bureau's laboratory in Quantico, Va., could still manage to recover details about his Internet activity in the days and weeks before the shooting

Sen. Feinstein to introduce gun-control bill

In this article the gun grabbing politicians are coming out of the woodwork as a result of the Connecticut murder massacre.

And of course Sen. Feinstein of the People's Republic of Kalifornia is one of them.

I suspect that Kyrsten Sinema will use this event to become know nation wide as a gun grabbing congressman or congresswoman from Arizona.

Connecticut murder - Obama will use it to push for gun control

From this article it sure sounds like President Obama will use the Connecticut shootings to push for more gun control.

Another articles says Connecticut murders will be a jobs program for the cops

Here is another article which seems to say the Connecticut murders will be a big time jobs program for the cops.

In this article It sounds like the cops will spend literally months analyzing the data on the guys home computer.

Schools pretend they can protect the kiddies

In this article the schools pretend that they can protect the children from another shooting like the one in Connecticut.

Of course as long as the government schools make it illegal for teachers and school employees to have guns they won't protect the children from anything.

Any nut job gunman who wants to murder children knows that schools are gun free zones where the gunman can kill unarmed teachers and school employees that try to stop him.

Mesa Mayor Scott Smith tries to justify a $42,000 raise for himself

In this editorial or My Turn article which is really a long letter to the editor Mesa Mayor Scott Smith tries to justify he thinks he deserver a $42,000 raise for himself which will raise his salary from $38,000 to $80,000 a year for the PART TIME JOB of Mesa Mayor.

While I am sure Mesa Mayor Scott Smith thinks he is God's gift to the universe and deserves a $42,000 raise to bump his salary to $80,000 for the part time job of mayor, I suspect most of us other Mesa citizens think that Mayor Scott Smith is grossly over paid with the current $38,000 salary he pulls in for the part time job of being Mesa Mayor.

Gun grabbers coming out after the Connecticut massacre

In this article the gun grabbers seem to be coming out after the insane shooting massacre in Connecticut.

Yes the 27 murders were evil and bad, but that doesn't make it right to steal our guns.

And of course taking our guns won't prevent any future shootings like this.

While the shootings are not preventable if you let teachers and school employees arm themselves that will at least minimize the number of people that die in the future when these sort of incidents happen.

What is Tannerite???

Hmmm.... What is this tannerite???

"Gun enthusiasts here, as elsewhere in the country, have taken to loading their targets with an explosive called Tannerite, which detonates when bullets strike it, sending shock waves afield. A mixture of ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder, Tannerite is legal in Connecticut"

And of course here is the answer to the question of what is tannerite???

In Town at Ease With Its Firearms, Tightening Gun Rules Was Resisted

While the Connecticut town were the shooting occured wasn't a firearm friendly place like Arizona, it sure seems those folks like their guns from this article.

Santa Clara County supervisors tighten rules on credit cards???

George Shirakawa racks up lavish expenses on public's dime. He treats himself like a royal government ruler According to this article the Santa Clara County supervisors are expected to tighten credit card rules?

Don't expect the new rules to cut down on credit card abuses by elected officials. County Supervisor George Shirakawa violated most of the existing rules, so it's unlikely that any of these new rules would have prevented this.

I suspect this is mostly a charade by the other Santa Clara County Supervisors to pretend they are upset with George Shirakawa abusing his government credit card.

I seriously doubt the new rules will change anything. I suspect the supervisors and other government employees will continue to use government credit cards as thought it is their personal piggy bank.

AG Tom Horne’s hit-and-run case delayed again

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident According this article Tom Horne’s attorney requested and obtained a second one-month delay in a pretrial conference that was scheduled Monday in Phoenix Municipal Court.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne is accused of being involved in a hit and run accident when he ran into a parked car on his way to an alleged affair with his alleged mistress.

Notice - The world will end in 4 days!!!!!

Today is Dec, 17 2012 and according to the ancient Mayan calendar the world will end on December 21 of this year.

Even David Dorn is welcome. But please don't sit with us. We don't like you. We don't think you are a Libertarian. You can sit at the table reserved for the Homeland Security goons.

Box of cherry cordials

One of my favorite candies is a cherry cordial.

A cordial is a type of confection in which a fruit filling is placed within a chocolate shell.

A well known confectionery of this type is the cherry cordial.

Usually there is a bright red cherry, surrounded by a sugary liquid syrup.

Man I love them.

But whenever I buy them I am annoyed by the marketing techniques that the crooks that sell them use to make it look like you are getting 10 times as much candy as you actually are.

When you look at the box below it only has a lousy 10 pieces of cherry cordials in it. I bet the box is 99 percent air.

It would be more accurate for the folks at Queen Anne to say they are selling us air, and as an added bonus we get 10 free cherry cordials.

The box pictured below is 7.5 inches long, 3.5 inches wide, and 2.5 inches high.

A single cherry cordial is about 1 and 1/8 inches in diameter and an inch high.

The box has room for 2 layers of candy.

On each layer you can easily fit 18 candies placed in 3 rows by 6 rows which include lots of room for extra packing space.

In all you should easily be able to place 36 cherry cordials in the box with lots of room to spare for packing space.

But the folks at Queen Anne decided to put a lousy 10 cherry cordials in the box instead of the 36 cherry cordials it can easily hold.

Queen Anne 6.6 ounce box of cherry cordials - of course it's 99 percent space in the box. The box is 7.5 inches long, 3.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches high. The box can easily hold 36 cherry cordials but they only put a lousy 10 cherry cordials in the box

More on that $37,500 Tempe slush fund

Here is some more news on that $37,500 Tempe slush fund.

The Tempe rulers want us to think that when they spend this $37,500 so they can go bar hopping, drinking and dining on the taxpayers dime it will somehow benefit the citizens of Tempe.

What rubbish!!!

But sadly most of the serfs the members of the Tempe City Council rule over are dumb enough to believe that.

Texas school uses GPS ID cards to track student locations???

Mexican president announces new security force

The big question is will Mexico's new President Enrique Peña Nieto continue the insane drug war that previous Mexican President Felipe Calderon started, which is financed by the American government.

We still don't know, but in this article Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto announces a new Mexican security force.

Is Emperor Obama going to grab our guns??

From this article it sure sounds like President Obama is going to grab our guns and do the best he can to flush the Second Amendment down the toilet.

Student with prop replica gun prompts lockdown at Gilbert school

This student is lucky he wasn't murdered by trigger happy cops who make mountains out of mole hills.

Here is the article.

Bias toward killer’s victims led to police failure

In this article it sure sounds like the police are partly responsible for 26 murders of prostitutes???

I guess you can also say that if you are a member of a group or part of society that the police consider to be low life or scum, don't count on the police protecting you from criminals.

Arizona government is number two in state sponsored murders

According to this article Arizona is second place in the nation when it comes to murdering or executing people in prisons.

Texas politicians are the most bloodthirsty politicians in the nation with 15 executions this year.

Arizona elected officials tied for second place with Mississippi and Oklahoma for the state that murders the second most in the United States of America.

More light rail stops in Phoenix???

According to this article they may put light rail stops at 16th Street and 48th Street.

When the Phoenix area light rail system was designed I suspected they didn't put any light rail stops in those areas because they are the poorer and browner areas of town and they didn't want to subsidize transportation for poor brown skinned folks to come to downtown Tempe and downtown Phoenix.

When I ride the light rail I am annoyed because there isn't a stop at 16th Street.

And of course the only reason I think they didn't put a light rail stop at 16th Street is because they didn't want the Black folks that live in that area coming to downtown Phoenix or downtown Tempe.

Despite the fact that I use light rail I am against it.

Light rail is a huge waste of money.

When you buy a normal bus ticket for $1.75 it costs the government 4 times that or about $7 to provide the transportation services, a person purchased for $1.75.

When you buy a light rail ticket for $1.75 it cost the government about 10 times that or $17.50 to provide the light rail services.

The only reason I use the light rail and buses is because I am homeless and don't have any other transportation.

Inmates used bedsheets to escape from 15th floor of Federal prison

Normally we don't support real criminals like bank robbers, and we still don't support real criminals like bank robbers as in this case.

But this must have been one interesting escape so I am including it here.

According to this article two prisoners in a Federal prison in Chicago used bedsheets to escape from the 15th floor of the prison and descend to the ground.

A rope dangles from a window on the back side of the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago where inmates Jose Banks and Kenneth Conley escaped

Brits mull raising liquor prices to stop drunkenness

They tried this in the USA. It was a dismal failure. They called it the Prohibition.

They didn't raise the price of booze, they just made booze illegal.

And of course that didn't stop the drinking.

But it did create a crime wave of murders as criminals stepped in to supply the people with the liquor they demanded.

And of course the black market booze cost several times what legal boozed used to cost But that didn't reduce drinking.

Sadly after the dismal failure of the Prohibition they tried the experiment a second time with drugs.

And of course the "drug war" is also a dismal failure, just like the Prohibition was.

Developers worried about new rules for phone apps

According to this article our royal rulers in the Federal government will soon have more rules to micro-manage the lives of people who write software for children.

What part of the Constitution lets the Feds tell software developers how to write their software?

I am certain their is nothing in the Constitution that allows it. And I suspect the 1st Amendment and 14th Amendments forbid it.

But our royal Federal rulers pretty much do anything they damn well feel like doing and say screw the Constitution because it's an old, out of use document from the 18th Century that no longer matters.

And one of those things they hate most is the Second Amendment, because that Amendment makes sure the people have the right to get rid of government rulers that become tyrants.

Notice - The world will end in 3 days!!!!!

Today is Dec, 18 2012 and according to the ancient Mayan calendar the world will end on December 21 of this year.

On December 22 we are having the first annual "I survived the end of the world party" at Minder Binders Bar and Grill in Tempe, Arizona on McClintock & University.

Be there or be square!!!!!

Chicago cops - They are only in it for the money!!!!

According to this article the lawyers who want to make the city of Chicago accountable for the criminal acts of cops are only in it for the money.

According to the article city attorneys continued Monday to push for a federal judge to set aside a judgment in a recent high-profile Chicago police misconduct trial, saying recent arguments from civil rights attorneys to preserve the decision were filed in "self-interest."

Yea, and if bet if you give the cops and the city a little more time they will also tell you that the petite 100 pound bartender Karolina Obrycka deserved the beating she got from 250+ pound Chicago cop Anthony Abbate.

Tuesday 12/18 - Rain!!!!

There was a 90 percent chance of rain last night and it rained on me.

The good news is I didn't get soaking wet.

I have a new place to live and it keeps the rain off of me pretty well.

According to the newspaper it rained around a tenth of an inch at various locations throughout the valley.

The newspaper also said it may dip below freezing tonight. Brrrrr. Time for me to move down to Mexico. It's getting too cold here.

Southeast Valley schools boost safety measures after Connecticut shooting

I like to think of the stuff in this article as a jobs program for cops.

About the only think it does is create over time for cops.

First you are not going to prevent these shootings. Current laws already make them illegal. Believe it or not murder has been illegal for centuries.

The only way to minimize the damage and deaths from these shootings is to let school teachers and employees be armed.

Sure that won't prevent the shootings from happening, but it will minimized the number of deaths by allowing a school teacher or employee to kill the shooter.

Jan Brewer unsure if Arizona should review gun laws

From this article it sure sounds like Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is NOT a friend of the Second Amendment.

Grand jury probes L.A. County sheriff's handling of FBI informant

From this article it sounds like the LA County Sheriff did the best they could to prevent a FBI snitch from digging up any dirt on crooked cops in the LA County Jail.

Manhunt continues

According to this article the cops are still looking for 2 inmates who used bedsheets to escape from the 15th floor of a Federal prison in Chicago.

The inmates rappelled down the side of a high-rise federal jail in the South Loop, scurrying some 15 floors to freedom on a rope made of bedsheets.

My first winter living on the streets again

I forgot to say that this is my first winter living on the streets since I became homeless again.

I became homeless in April and in Phoenix that is when our summers being. And of course I love summer and can handle the heat without any problems.

What I hate is the cold winter weather and I am back into that right now.

In Phoenix winter comes in October when it starts to get cold. And it starts to get real cold around November or December.

This November was pretty warm, but December is starting to get cold.

Sure I think winter sucks, but if you wear enough clothes you can keep warm at night.

Currently I wear 4 pairs of thermal underwear pants and a pair of Levis for my legs. My feet get 4 pairs of socks. For the top side I wear 5 pairs of thermal underwear shirts, 4 sweatshirts, one sweater and a jacket.

I look like a fat butterball wearing all that clothing but it keeps me warm.

I probably should put on one or two more shirts on the top side to keep me warmer, but I really don't have any complaints about being cold at night.

No gunman found during lockdown at San Jose City College

Shootings like the one in Connecticut always bring out the nut jobs.

I don't know if some nut reported a gunman at San Jose City College as reported in this article

On the other hand some cop who wanted over time, or wanted to justify more money in the police budget may have made up this bogus report in this article.

Sadly H. L. Mencken was right with his statement:

"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary."

No gunman found at Cocopah Middle School in Scottsdale

Another bogus armed gunman report, this time at Cocopah Middle School in Scottsdale according to this article in the Arizona Republic.

Orange County cop shoots himself

Remember folks, guns are dangerous and only highly trained police officers can be trusted with guns.

You don't want some untrained dumb *ss school teacher with a gun, they might do something stupid like the Orange County cop did in this article.

30 years in prison for looking at dirty pictures????

According to this article Robert L. Hedrick the founder of Pan American Airways received 30 years in prison for the victimless crime of looking at dirty pictures.

Jesus, don't these pigs have any REAL criminals to hunt down???

Free government handouts???

Chandler, Arizona to be creative in pursuit of Federal funds

In this article they talk about how the city of Chandler, Arizona is always seeking more federal pork dollars.

One of the reasons the Federal government has gotten out of control is city, county and state government are always looking to Uncle Sam for free handouts.

I suspect most of these handouts are unconstitutional. But the city, county and state governments are not complaining and forcing the Feds to obey the U.S. Constitution because they get a cut of the loot.

Shine a light on backroom Arizona union employee deals

The article doesn't say this, but most city employees are cops and they are usually union members who's salaries are set with these secret backroom deals. In most city governments the police department is the most expensive item on the budget.

I think firemen are the same way. Again in most city governments most of the employees are cops followed by firemen. And again most city budgets the police department is the most expensive item on the budget followed by the fire department budget.

Arizona group says allowing guns in schools is overdue

According to this article a group that advocates for pro-gun, state legislation said Wednesday guns should be allowed in Arizona public schools to provide protection against shootings such as the one in Connecticut.

California parks officials improperly boosted pay, audit finds

According to this article managers at the California parks department ignored payroll policies and boosted salaries improperly, the state controller said Tuesday.

Some people think the best way to prevent government abuse it to write a tight constitution that forces government employees to be accountable to the taxpayers.

But when the same employees that abuse the rules are also in charge of enforcing the rules the system will never work. That's despite a wonderful well written constitution that is supposed to prevent abuses.

And of course whenever these abuses are discovered the elected officials always promise to create more rules to prevent future abuses. Of course those new rules will be enforced by the same people that abuse the system so the system never works, despite layer after layer of rules that are suppose to prevent abuses.

The rules don't work in government

Whenever you write a set of rules to prevent people from stealing from the government, and then put the same people in charge of enforcing the rules that the rules are supposed to prevent from ripping of the government the rules are a not going to work.

Read more about it in this article.

LA County County Assessor receives his $197,000 salary despite being in jail

Emperor Obama goes into gun grabbing mode!!!!

It looks like the Connecticut shooting has given President Obama a lame excuse to go into gun grabbing mode and steal our guns according to this article.

Phoenix cops shoot macabre video, then sue Phoenix over it.

If you ask me I will just say "who cares" the piggies are just having a little fun.

On the other hand those piggies should obey the same laws they expect us to obey, so even if it is some harmless fund shooting videos of dead bodies from crimes scenes is against the rules and shouldn't be done.

Read more about it in this article.

Phoenix officers demoted over video file $2.9 million claim

Those same Phoenix piggies who shot an illegal video with lots of macabre stuff in it are now suing the city of Phoenix for disciplining them over their illegal and unprofessional acts.

Sadly many times the police behave a lot worse then the criminals. OK, I forgot many times the police ARE the criminals.

You can read more about this outrageous lawsuit here.

Senator Scott Bundgaard files lawsuit against Phoenix

Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard files lawsuit against Phoenix A while back Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard got caught allegedly beating up his girlfriend Aubry Ballard on the Squaw Peak Freeway or Piestewa Freeway as the government nannies in the city of Phoenix call it.

Instead of admitting his mistakes and moving on Senator Scott Bundgaard is suing Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, former Police Chief Jack Harris and several police officers, as well as publicist David Leibowitz for falsely portray him as an abuser rather than a victim according to this article.

More on Federal Prison escape in Chicago

Here is an update on that escape from a Federal prison in Chicago.

In that escape inmates tied bedsheets together and used the bedsheets as a rope to climb down 15 floors to the ground and escape.

According to this article after making it to the ground the inmates called a cab to finish their escape.

Brrrrrrr - It's Cold

He was real cold last night and this morning. The newspapers say it was expected to drop below freezing.

Bill Montgomery wants to send pot smokers to prison

Christian nut jobs push for gun control

In this article Christian nut jobs are using the murders in Connecticut to push for more gun controls.

President Obama wants to take your guns

From this article it sounds like Obama is back in gun control mode and wants to steal your guns and flush the Second Amendment down the toilet.

California gun grabbing

Sadly gun grabbers across the USA are using the shooting in Connecticut as an excuse to flush the Second Amendment down the toilet.

Here is an article about the gun grabbers in the People's Republic of Kalifornia who are coming out of the woodwork everywhere to demand more gun control.

I suspect the reason the Founders created the Second Amendment was to allow the PEOPLE to have the power to overthrow government tyrants.

And to do that the PEOPLE need to have the same weapons available to them that our government masters have, and that is the purpose of the Second Amendment, to allow the PEOPLE to have those weapons.

Feds looking for swimmers who rode dead whale

Jesus, don't these pigs have any REAL criminals to hunt down????

Hunting down, arresting and putting people in prison who swam and played with a dying whale sounds like a huge waste of our tax dollars.

Of course while you and I may think it's a waste of money the FBI agents who are paid big bucks to hunt down these criminals that commited the victimless crime of playing with a whale are laughing all the way to the bank according to this article.

Bill Montgomery should work for Arizona, not DEA thugs in D.C.

In this letter to the editor Bob Fern thinks that Maricopa Attorney Bill Montgomery should work for the people of Arizona, not a bunch of DEA thugs in Washington D.C.

Easing of pot laws a scary sign of U.S. path

In this letter to the editor Jim White doesn't realize it, but ALL drugs used to be legal in the USA.

ALL drugs were legal at the national level prior to 1914 when the Harrision Narcotic Tax Act was passed making heroin and cocaine illegal.

Marijuana wasn't made illegal for another 23 years when the 1937 Marihuana Tax Act was passed.

And back when drugs were legal there wasn't any crime associated with them. It wasn't until drugs were made illegal that the laws against drugs started to cause crime by creating a black market for drugs, which causes the crime associated with illegal drugs.

If we again re-legalize drugs all the crime will disappear overnight, just like the crime associated with liquor disappeared overnight when the Prohibition was ended and liquor was re-legalized.

Of course Jim White is too busy hating people that used drugs to figure that out.

Scott Bundgaard: I was framed!

Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard files lawsuit against Phoenix - I was framed by the Phoenix Police, Phil Gordon, Aubry Ballard and David Leibowitz In this editorial Laurie Roberts jokingly claims that Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard was framed by the city of Phoenix and everybody else on the planet for allegedly beating up his girlfriend Aubry Ballard on the Squaw Peak Freeway, or Piestewa Freeway as the government bureaucrats call it.

Everybody else is lying and won't listen to Scott Bundgaard.

Anybody with a brain would have been able to see that Scott Bundgaard wasn't beating up Aubry Ballard but trying to help her some something or other.

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah ... ... ... ... ... ...

Court tells Bill Montgomery to take a walk!!!!

According to this article the Arizona Court of Appeals today denied medical marijuana hater Bill Montgomery’s effort to temporarily block the state’s medical marijuana law.

Homeland Security cops hunt down criminals that look at dirty pictures???

I guess there are not may real criminals out there, or for that matter any real terrorists out there.

In the article the fearless cops at the Homeland Security are hunting down evil criminals that look at dirty pictures.

Jesus, don't these cops have any real criminals to hunt down.

Big charges, but does Scott Bundgaard have proof?

Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard files lawsuit against Phoenix - I was framed by the Phoenix Police, Phil Gordon, Aubry Ballard and David Leibowitz In this editorial Joanna Allhands says Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard has some big charges, but so far hasn't show any evidence backing them up.

Former Arizona Senator Scott Bundgaard is suing Phoenix because, he claims, everyone from the former mayor and police chief on down was working together to destroy his good name.

The cost of national security

According to this article the American government is responsible for 40 percent of all the world's military spending. That is very high considering the US only accounts for about 5 percent of the worlds population.

The article also says the American government spends about 4 percent of our GDP on military spending.

Those were the only two useful facts I found in the article.

I pretty much disagree with everything else in the article because the author seems to be a war monger who in in favor of the American government being the worlds only Super Bully!

Less then 24 hours till the end of the world!!!!!

I am not quit sure which time zone the end of the world will occur in first.

As I write this it is 3:36 pm in Arizona, which means it is 7 a.m. in Japan. And that means it is tomorrow or December 21 in Japan and allegedly the end of the world should be here for the folks in Tokyo and Osaka.

OK, remember if the end of the world really doesn't come we are going to have that big

"I survived the end of the world party"
on December 22 at Minder Binders Bar and Grill in Tempe, Arizona on McClintock & University.

Be there or be square.

Friday, Dec 21 - 8:18 am - No end of the world yet!!!!

OK, it's Friday December 21, 2012 8:18 am and the end of the world has not come yet.

But there is still hope. We have another 16 hours before Dec 22 comes and the world may still end in the next 16 hours, maybe.

And of course if the end of the world doesn't come in the next 16 hours remember we are going to have that big

"I survived the end of the world party"
on December 22 at Minder Binders Bar and Grill in Tempe, Arizona on McClintock & University.

Be there or be square.

What the Mayans were wrong about end of world?????

According to this article those Mayans were wrong about that end of the world thingy happening today.

I'm not trusting some reporter in Merida, Mexico who writes about this stuff.

We still have 15 hours and 19 minutes till the end of December 21 on Mountain Standard time.

I'm not writing off the Mayan end of the world yet. Well as least for another 15 hours and 19 minutes.

And of course if those Mayans really were wrong then its off to to Minder Binders Bar and Grill for that big

"I survived the end of the world party"
Be there or be square.

Louisiana cops threaten woman with imaginary laws???

According to this article the cops in Louisiana threatened to arrest Sarah Childs for violating an imaginary law that existed only in the mind of the cop that made it up.

In Denham Springs, Louisiana, Sarah Childs uses Christmas lights give her neighbors the finger

Judge: La. woman can flip finger in holiday lights

Jesus, don't these pigs have any real criminals to hunt down.

In this article the cops in Denham Springs forced Sarah Childs to take down a Christmas light display which consisted of a finger pointed at her jerk neighbors.

In Denham Springs, Louisiana, Sarah Childs uses Christmas lights give her neighbors the finger

More than 20,000 missing in Mexico in past 6 years

I suspect a large number of the missing people on the list in this article were murdered in Mexico's "war on drugs".

And remember that Mexico's "war on drugs" and been financed by the American government.

The American government is just as much responsible for these 20,000 murders as the Mexican government is.

Maricopa County Bureaucrats given special treatment???

From this article it sounds like when Maricopa County elected officials or Maricopa County employees file a claim against the county they are treated special and given lots of money with a quick out of court settlement.

Of course if one of us serfs files a claim against Maricopa County we are almost always forced to go thru an expensive lawsuit.

$800,835 settlement with beaten jail inmate OK’d

Delano Yanes was beaten in jail by a Maricopa County sheriff’s detention officer in 2003. Delano Yanes was falsely arrested and charged with murdering his infant son. Delano Yanes was also falsely charged with aggravated assault for the fight in the jail. None of the charges stuck.

According to this article Delano Yanes is getting $800,835 for his false arrests and civil rights violations.

5 years in prison for looking at dirty pictures???

Jesus, don't these pigs have any real criminals to hunt down???

You know real criminals that hurt people like robbers and rapists. Not some perverted old coach that looks at dirty pictures?

According to this article Michael Aaron Cox, a former teacher at Yuma High School has been sentenced to five years in prison and lifetime probation for possessing dirty pictures.

Michael Aaron Cox should consider himself lucky. Under Arizona's draconian laws he could have been sentenced to the rest of his life in prison.

In Arizona you can get 10 years in prison for each dirty picture in your possession. Michael Aaron Cox had 10 photos and he could have been sentenced to 100 years in prison for those photos.

Personally I think it is insane to put people in prison for looking at dirty picture.

Yes, Michael Aaron Cox may be a pervert who loves children, but I don't seen any problem with that as long as he doesn't harm the children.

And nobody ever accused Michael Aaron Cox of harming any children. He was arrested for having 10 dirty pictures, not rape.

A penny costs 2 cents to make, a nickle costs 11 cents???

Wow it according to this article it costs the government 2 cents to make a penny and 11 cents to make a nickle!!!

And we are expecting these same government idiots from preventing the US from going over a fiscal cliff???

Sadly I suspect our government masters are not idiots, who don't know what they are doing. They are crooked who are looting American and making us pay for it. They know perfectly well what they are doing. And when it comes to being thieves they are the best crooks in the world.

Social Security a big lie

The government doesn't owe you sh*t for the Social Security taxes you have paid

Our government masters love to lie to us and make us think that all the Social Security taxes we have paid are going into some magic account that will be used to give us money when we retire, just like a bank saving account.

But in this letter to the editor David Ruby of Phoenix points out that is a big lie.

The courts have ruled a number of times that Social Security is a TAX and the government owes us NOTHING for the Social Security taxes we have paid.

Yes you MIGHT receive some Social Security benefits from the government, but as the law is written our royal government rulers are under no obligation whatsoever to pay any body anything for the Social Security taxes they have been forced to pay.

In Harrold, Texas the teachers are armed!!!!

According to this article the teachers in Harrold, Texas the teachers are armed.

Sure some nut job may decide to shoot up the local school, but I doubt the he will be able to kill more then a few people before a teacher or two shoots him in self defense.

Military turns to ESPN to help analyze drone footage

In this article the military is asking ESPN to help them analyze the huge amount of data that drone airplanes acquire.

The article says Drone video transmissions rose to 327,384 hours last year.

The thing that scares me about drones is that after the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are over the American military will give this technology to the American police who will use it to terrorize American citizens in the "War on Drugs", which is really a "war on the Constitution" and a "War on the American People"

Feds cover up DEA murder??? Probably!!!!

In this article it sure sounds like the DEA is covering up a murder it's agents committed.

The DEA is refusing to help the Los Angeles Police Department in it's investigation of the murder.

LAPD says DEA not cooperating on probe into suspect’s death

In this article it sure sounds like the DEA is covering up a murder it's agents committed.

The DEA is refusing to help the Los Angeles Police Department in it's investigation of the murder.

Kyrsten Sinema on the powerful House Financial Services Committee

Kyrsten Sinema the government tyrant that proposed a 300 percent tax on medical marijuana

Wow according to this article Kyrsten Sinema has been put on the powerful House Financial Services Committee.

That is kind of like putting a convicted embezzler in charge of a businesses accounting department.

As an Arizona politician Kyrsten Sinema has proven without a doubt that she can tax and spend more then any other politician in Arizona.

The last thing on earth the tax payers need is Kyrsten Sinema in charge of a Financial Services Committee.

Chicago cop admits drinking before fatal shooting

With a police investigation like this I suspect the police are protecting themselves from us.

If the Mafia performed the investigation done in this article the could have done a better job then the Chicago Police.

In this article Chicago Police Officer Gildardo Sierra admits drinking before he murdered Flint Farmer by shooting 3 bullets into his back.

This is the third person that Chicago Police Officer Gildardo Sierra has shot and the second person he has murdered.

San Francisco to ban hollow point bullets

According to this article the gun grabbers in the city of San Francisco want to ban hollow point bullets.

Well the want to ban hollow point bullets for everybody except the police and government.

EJ Montini accuses Bill Montgomery of getting high???

According to this article EJ Montini is accusing Bill Montgomery of getting high???

Well not on medical marijuana but on the issue of repealing the medical marijuana laws.

NRA - Largest gun control organization in America???

Many folks call the NRA or the National Rifle Association the largest gun control organization in the USA.

If the best the NRA can do as a result of the shooting in Connecticut is demand a cop in every classroom I have to agree with those folks who call the NRA a gun control organization.

The NRA should be demanding that teachers and other school employees be allowed to carry guns while they work.

The last thing in the world the NRA should be doing is creating a jobs program for cops in classrooms.

Here is the article where the NRA announced it's silly position of having an armed cops in every class room to protect the kiddies from bad guys.

Marijuana, it's kinda sorta legal in California

Here is an interesting article in the New York Times that says marijuana for all practical purposes might as well be legal in California.

Tempe murder detective gets slap on the wrist for major f* up

For some odd reason it sounds like when cops screw up royally and do things that would get them fired in the private sector they never get more then a slap on the wrist and get to continue their well paid cushy government jobs as if nothing happened.

In this article Tempe homicide detective Tony Trow gets a tiny slap on the wrist from Tempe Police Chief Tom Ryff that would have caused somebody in a non-government job to be fired.

The end of the world doesn't happen

I was kind of depressed on Friday morning when I woke up at 4:00 am and discovered the end of the world had not come on Dec, 21 2012 as predicted by the ancient Mayan calendar.

I figured what the hell, and waited till 11:59 pm Friday night waiting for the end of the world to come around.

Sadly again, nothing happened. The world is still here. The Earth still rotates around the sun.

And of course since the end of the world didn't occur that means tonight we are having our first annual

"I survived the end of the world party"
tonight at Minder Binders Bar and Grill in Tempe, Arizona on McClintock & University.

Minder Binders Bar and Grill is just north of corner of McClintock & University in Tempe.

Everyone is welcome, including the Homeland Security goons who routinely read this web page and those folks in the "George W. Bush" wing of the Arizona Libertarian Party who make up lies about me call me a government snitch.

Cops use lame excuses to stop people and search for arrest warrants

One of the reasons the police have their so called zero tolerance sweeps or zero tolerance programs for victimless crimes that hurt no one is a lame excuse to run people names thru their computer searching for arrest warrants.

These zero tolerance sweeps or zero tolerance programs also tend to be jobs programs to generate work for cops along with raising revenue for the cops.

In this article a 6 year old child brought a gun to school in Tucson. The kid was probably afraid he might be murdered from the recent Connecticut shooting.

The cops used the 6 year old bring a gun to school as a lame excuse to run his fathers name thru the computer searching for arrest warrants.

And of course sadly the kids father had an outstanding arrest warrant and was arrested.

The Mesa police use the same lame excuses to stop people for the trivial crime of jaywalking at the light rail station on Main and Sycamore.

Again I suspect the main reason the cops shake people down for the victimless crime of jaywalking is to give them a lame excuse to run the persons name thru the computer looking for arrest warrants.

I suspect cops also use these silly programs where they shake down people for trivial victimless crimes to create jobs for themselves and to raise money for the government entity they work for by writing tickets for these victimless crime.

If you ask me the cops should be hunting down real criminals and not wasting their time on trivial victimless crimes like these.

President Obama sold out the Mexican community!!!!

According to this article for the fourth year in a row, the Obama administration set a record for the number of people it deported. In 2012, the total reached 409,849.

Looks like Obama has sold out the Mexicans in addition to selling out the gays, pot smokers and anti-war folks whom he also promised to help.

If Obama were hunting down real criminals who are a danger to society I wouldn't have a problem with him arresting these people.

But these people are not guilty of crimes that hurt people. They are guilty of victimless crimes that hurt no one.

President Obama sold out the Latino community!!!!

According to this article for the fourth year in a row, the Obama administration set a record for the number of people it deported. In 2012, the total reached 409,849.

Jesus hates gays????

OK, OK, I know Jesus is a mythical god that doesn't exist so it is impossible for the mythical Jesus to hate anybody.

So I guess that means that Pope Benedict XVI is the hate monger who is spreading the message that gay folks are second class citizens according to this article.

Even if God, Jesus or Pope Benedict XVI hates gays, I think they should have the same rights as everybody else.

Government should stay away from sexual orientation issues

In this article it sounds like the government went over board passing laws that seem to give special treatment towards gays.

The article said that a law that bans therapy that aims to turn gay minors straight is unconstitutional.

Sports teams have a right to keep you from gambling???

In this article it sounds like professional and college sports teams think they have a God given right to keep you from gambling.

What rubbish!!!!

In the article the state of New Jersey wants to get a bigger cut of taxes on gambling and is arguing that a 1990s law prohibiting sports gambling in all but four states is unconstitutional.

BioWatch Terrorist Program a huge waste of money

From this article it sounds like the BioWatch Terrorist Program is a huge waste of money.

However the folks at the Homeland Security Department disagree with my statement.

On the other hand from the point of being a government welfare program that gives billions of dollars of corporate welfare to the corporations in the military industrial complex the BioWatch Terrorist Program is a fantastic success in stealing our money and giving it to folks that don't need it.

President Enrique Peña Nieto continues Felipe Calderon insane "drug war"

I suspect it's not a issue of right or wrong, good or bad, but rather cold hard cash that is received from the American government to fight this insane war as the article says:
"Peña Nieto is also unlikely to jeopardize the generous security assistance provided by the United States, which helped design the kingpin strategy. The U.S. is intimately involved in carrying it out, providing intelligence on drug leaders' whereabouts and spending millions to strengthen the Mexican security forces who act on that intelligence"

Mesa Mayor Scott Smith is going to help Congress avoid the Fiscal Cliff???

Don't make me laugh!!! Mesa Mayor Scott Smith loves Federal pork.

Sure like all politicians he will probably say anything to get you to vote for him, it is highly unlikely that based on his past record he is going to cut any Federal pork.

In fact based on Mesa Mayor Scott Smith's past record he will probably do anything to get MORE Federal pork for the city of Mesa.

Here are a few articles on Mesa Mayor Scott Smith's history of Federal pork.

Sheriff Joe's goons are equal opportunity racists???

From this article it sounds like Sheriff Joe's goons are equal opportunity racists that treat all minorities like sh*t.

I certainly can agree with that.

According to this article Blake Edward Smalley, a Black college student was arrested for being Black in a White neighborhood.

The Center for Arizona Policy is a group of nut job Christian's who's goal is to use government to force their Christian views on the people of Arizona.

Obama seeks scaled-down ‘fiscal cliff’ agreement

Well, you didn't really expect them to try and fix the system did you????

According to this article we seem to be heading down the same old path of increased taxes and increased spending, just as the crooks in Congress have always done.

The thieves in Congress aren't going to reform the system that allows them to steal billions from the American public and give it to the special interest groups that helped them get elected.

Emperor Obama in Hawaii for vacation

According to this article President Obama is in Hawaii for his vacation.

I am kind of surprised that Emperor Obama is staying near the Marine base I used to hang out with my friends at.

Boy I bet the Secret Service thugs are making it difficult for the people in Honolulu to go about and do their normal everyday business.

President Obama is staying in Kailua, which is about 12 miles north of downtown Honolulu

Corrupt lab techs guarantee you won't get a fair trial

Review of FBI forensics does not extend to federally trained state, local examiners

You're going to get a fair trial??? Don't make me laugh!!!!

It's not about a fair trial, it's about making cops look like heroes!!!!

In this article we see that if you are mistakenly arrested and charged with a crime you didn't commit it is highly unlikely that you will get a fair trial.

There is a very good chance that you will be framed either by corrupt or incompetent lab technicians who are doing the best they can to help the police convict anybody and everybody they accuse of a crime.

It's not about justice, it's about creating high paying jobs for cops.

Pot farms wreaking havoc on Northern California environment

According to this article marijuana farms are wreaking havoc on Northern California environment.

Sadly the article doesn't point it out but again government is the cause of the problem, not the solution to the problem.

If marijuana was legal, NONE of these problems would exist. Marijuana farmers would be growing their pot in farms near the city, the same farms they grow tomatoes and lettuce in. Not secret farms out in the boondocks, which are needed to keep the cops from finding them.

Feds force companies to give out free birth control

According to this article the Feds want to force Hobby Lobby to give their employees free birth control medicine, despite the fact that the folks that own Hobby Lobby consider abortion to be a violation of their religious beliefs.

I guess the First Amendment is NULL and VOID and the government can force you to do things which are against your religious beliefs.

I think it should be a woman's decision to decide if she wants an abortion, not some government nannies!

I think it should be a business's decision to decide if they want to give their employees free emergency contraceptives, not some government nannies!

That is despite the fact that I am an atheist and think that religion is nothing more then superstition.

Silly building codes drive up home costs

The title of this article is
Stricter energy code heats up debate on cost
Again the government is the cause of the problem, not the solution to the problem.

Our government masters routinely complain that poor people can't afford to buy homes, but then they pass silly laws like these that drive up the cost of homes making them even less affordable.

San Mateo probation chief under investigation for child porn

According to this article San Mateo's probation chief is under investigation for child porn.

More of the old "Do as I say, not as I do" from our government masters.

Personally I don't think looking at dirty pictures should be a crime.

But San Mateo County's probation chief Stuart Forrest sounds like a hypocrite if he routinely enforces Federal laws that make child porn a crime, while at the same time he gets his jollies from viewing kiddie porn.

Jesus was born on December 25????

Why did the Christians pick Dec 25 for the birthday of their Jesus God?

This article answers that question.

The article answers questions like "Was Jesus really born on Dec 25?"

Is the December 25 birth date a sinister plot by atheist to take Christ out of Christmas???

Why did some English and American government make it illegal to celebrate Christmas on December 25???

While I doubt if any Christian folks read my web pages for moral guidance I bet this article will confuse the Homeland Security folks who read my web pages on a regular basis to spy on me.

Kyrsten Sinema supports the Second Amendment???? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ... ... ...

Kyrsten Sinema is now a member of the U.S. House. When it comes to taxing and spending and gun grabbing Kyrsten Sinema is certainly the worst elected official in Arizona. She tried to pass a 300 percent tax on marijuana and is a big supporter of the police state and drug war

In this article Kyrsten Sinema claims to support the Second Amendment????

Honest, swear to God!!!! The article says:

"Reps.-elect Ann Kirkpatrick and Kyrsten Sinema, who take office Jan. 3, all say they support the Second Amendment"
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ...

In the article I bet Kyrsten Sinema thought the reporter meant does she support toy guns, not real guns.

Kyrsten Sinema tax and spend gun grabber - Kyrsten Sinema - enemy of the Second Amendment. When it comes to being the greater of the two evils Kyrsten Sinema is always the greater of the two evils

Meat company owner sues USDA for right to slaughter horses

According to this article Rick de los Santos, who owns Valley Meat Co. in Roswell, N.M. is suing the U.S. Department of Agriculture to allow him to slaughter horse.

Around 2006 or 2007 Congress passed some silly laws that more or less made it illegal in the USA to slaughter horses for human consumption.

This was because the horse lobby wanted to prevent people who owned, but could no longer afford to feed their cute pet horses from selling the cute pet horses to slaughter houses.

Free helicopter rides for cops????

Audit finds L.A. County sheriff's officials improperly used aircraft

Navy, Marines make drinking illegal???

According to this rather strange article in the LA Times, Marines and sailors will be tested for drinking and a reading of .01, that's .01, not .1 will get you into trouble.

For most of us one beer or one drink will easily give you a reading of .01.

In most states at .08 you are legally drunk. Although I would say that .08 is a wee bit on the low side.

For me I will hit .08 after a lousy 3 beers, so this new .01 level is a very low level.

Senator Michael Crapo busted for D.U.I.

Wow what a name! Senator Crapo!!!!

But according to this article it's more of the old "Do as I say, not as I do" from our government masters.

The article say Senator Michael Crapo was arrested for DUI, DWI, D.U.I, D.W.I, or drunk driving.

Navy SEAL commander commits suicide???

According to this article elite U.S. Navy SEAL Commander Job Price is suspected of committing suicide in Afghanistan.

Looks like even the professional murderers of the American military are getting tired of the war.

Corrupt cops to be released because of corrupt prosecutors???

From this article it sounds like some corrupt New Orleans cops who murdered a few people during Hurricane Katrina may be released because of the corrupt Federal prosecutors that tried them.

Look, I have never been a pig lover, but cops certainly deserve to get a fair trail like everybody else.

Scottsdale rulers increase cost of housing by 1% with "art tax"

According to this article the royal rulers of the city of Scottsdale just passed a silly art tax which will drive the cost of housing in downtown Scottsdale up by 1 percent.

I wonder why they did this?

Does Scottsdale Mayor W.J. "Jim" Lane and City Council members Lisa M Borowsky, Suzanne Klapp, Robert Littlefield, Ron McCullagh, Linda Milhaven, or Dennis Robbins have relatives in the art business and passed this silly law to create millions of dollars of revenue for the family "art" business.

Or perhaps they all received bribes, oops I mean campaign contributions from special interest groups and passed this silly law to pay them back for the bribes, or oops, I mean campaign contributions.

Here is an interesting article about Mesa Community College student Crystal Hayden is adult film star Madison Scott.

Medical-pot battle grows testy

It sure sounds like are government masters are a bunch of hypocrites.

They profess majority rule, but then they get out voted they make up all kinds of lame excuses why the election didn't count, as in this article about medical marijuana, where Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is trying to flush Prop 203 down the toilet.

The only reason Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery wants to keep marijuana illegal is because the "drug war" gives him and his police buddies a jobs program of throwing people who are easy to find and arrest into prison for the victimless crime of smoking or selling marijuana.

Click, print, shoot: Downloadable guns are possible

Here is an interesting article on how you can download a gun’s design plans to your computer, build it on a three-dimensional printer and fire it minutes later. No background checks, no questions asked.

Sadly as the article points out the guns can't be fired that many times - but give the technology a few years or decades and you never know what you will have.

Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988

The previous article on printable guns, or guns that you can download off of the internet and build at home on your 3D printer mention the Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988 which makes it illegal to create a gun that can't be detected by an x-ray machine by the TSA thugs at our airports.

I included a few snips of articles about the Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988.

One article pointed out that firearms that are undetectable by x-rays are a fiction that only exists in movies and the minds of tyrannical gun grabbing Congressmen and Senators in Washington, D.C.

Yemen’s government conceals America drone murders

Too many government secrets

In this editorial the folks at the Washington Post think the government keeps far too many secrets. They think that needs to change and say it should start with the President.

Boy Scout Sex Abuse Files Published

In these articles the LA Times published a database of sex abuse files released by the Boy Scouts.

The only real complaint I have about the Boy Scouts is that they are a religious organization that frequently gets government money, which is almost certainly a violation of the First Amendment.

Big bucks spent to bust harmless marijuana growers

According to this article raids like this are common in California and the are very expensive.

The government sure spends huge amounts of money to bust harmless marijuana growers.

  • Two spotters with night-vision scopes take positions on the ridge
  • Thermal imaging aircraft circling high above was not detecting anyone on the ground
  • trail cameras hadn't captured images of men delivering supplies
  • A U.S. Forest Service agent unleashes a German shepherd
  • Based on our intelligence, which includes thousands of cellphone numbers and wiretaps
  • A helicopter comes with a net to lift the marijuana out.
  • It takes two more [helicopter] flights to get the trash out.
  • two aircraft, 43 agents, seven scientists and land managers take part in the operation
  • This raid of a marijuana farm cost the taxpayers $35,000 to $40,000.

This is why I like to call the "War on Drugs" a jobs program for cops. The war on drugs is big money for the cops, judges, prosecutors, and prison guards that fight it. There is also big bucks for the "War on Drugs" for all the companies in the military industrial complex that supply the military tools to fight the "War on Drugs".

U.S. moves to sell advanced spy drones to South Korea

Sadly I suspect these high tech drones the US government wants to sell to Korea will end up being used against American's in our insane and unconstitutional "War on Drugs".

Here is the article about the drones the Americans want to sell to Korea.

Chicago Metropolitan Correctional Center can't escape bad reputation

California inspired -- and now inspired by -- other states' marijuana legalization measures
and it seems to be about the attempt to make California the next state to legalize marijuana.

Headlines I wish we had seen

In this editorial Laurie Roberts tells us some head lines that she wished has been in the newspaper.

Some cool optical illusions!!!

The technique is called anamorphosis and dates back at least as far as the Renaissance. The image is distorted and elongated so that it appears natural only from a certain angle. (It's a style often used on the sidewalk paintings of artists such as Julian Beever and Kurt Wenner.)

Tom Horne proposes arming 1 educator per school

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne violates campaign finance laws and gets into a hit an run accident Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne just doesn't get it!!!! The Arizona government is the cause of the problem not the solution to the problem.

In this article Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne comes up with the silly impractical solution of letting one person in a school have a gun.

Tom Horne just doesn't get it that the government is the cause of the problem by passing laws that make it illegal for people to have guns on school campuses.

The only solution to this problem is to repeal the silly laws that make it legal for only cops to have guns on school campuses.

175 people in Federal prisons for imaginary crimes????

Wow this is amazing. According to this article 175 people, and probably a lot more are doing time in Federal prison for imaginary crimes that they didn't commit and are not even on the books.

I suspect a large number of these people where represented by public defenders who didn't even raise the question and tell the judge that their client was being tried for an imaginary crime that doesn't exist on the law books.

And what's even scarier is the people who hired lawyers and paid them cold hard cash to represent them in these cases. Obviously none of the lawyers complained to the judge that there client was being tried for an imaginary crime that doesn't exist in any law book.

Sadly this article pretty much proves my point that in American you are not going to get a fair trail from the government unless you have boat loads of money to hire the best lawyers in the country. And even then you may get screwed.

The Dawning of Domestic Drones

The good news is that drone airplanes will do a lot of great things for us, much cheaper then we can do them now.

The bad thing is the government will use drones to terrorize up, and spy on us.

According to this article domestic drones are coming real soon to the USA.

Phoenix cops sue over uniform change

According to this article the union representing 2,500+ Phoenix police officers is suing because they were ordered to change their uniforms.

The union is demanding that Phoenix give each cops $1,150.

Phoenix cops get a uniform allowance to help them buy clothing and equipment for the job, but they are not obligated to spend the money on uniforms. So with out reading the union contract I suspect the lawsuit is a frivolous lawsuit.

Stapley must explain deals in his lawsuit against Sheriff Joe

When it comes to Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Maricopa County Supervisor Don Stapley I consider them both government terrorists, so I am not taking sides in this issue.

I suspect that Sheriff Joe probably violated Maricopa County Supervisor Don Stapley rights.

But I suspect that Maricopa County Supervisor Don Stapley is also trying to shake the taxpayers down for a few million over the violations which he probably doesn't deserve.

Here is the article.

The secret CIA police - Global Response Staff or GRS

Here is an interesting article about the secret American CIA police who are called the Global Response Staff or GRS.

These Global Response Staff cops or GRS police are mostly former U.S. Special Forces operatives and U.S. military commandos who serve as armed guards or bodyguards for the agency’s spies.

The Global Response Staff cops or GRS relies heavily on contractors who are drawn by relatively high pay and who often earn $140,000 or more a year.

The GRS was created to protect officers in war zones such as Iraq and Afghanistan, but it has been expanded to protect secret drone bases as well as CIA facilities and officers in locations including Yemen, Lebanon and Djibouti.

Hey, who says the American government doesn't have a secret police like the Soviet KGB, Nazi Gestapo, or Nazi SS - SchutzStaffel.

Feds to arrest NBC for displaying gun magazine on TV

Like the "War on Drugs", the government's "War on Guns" is just a jobs program for under worked and overpaid cops.

In the article the cops in Washington D.C. are considering arresting NRA Chief Wayne LaPierre and NBC TV host David Gregory for displaying a 30 round gun magazine on a segment of the TV show "Meet the Press".

On the other hand since the Federal cops routinely read this web page along with reading my emails they probably don't have any real criminals to hunt down and need the work.

Map of gun owners in New York State

Here are several articles about the listing of gun owners in New York state that was published by the Journal News of White Plains, N.Y.

This is a good example of why you should not register anything with the government. People can use the public information from the government to hunt you down and rob you, beat you up, or even hill you.

Chicago area police chief popped for DUI - again

For second time, Robbins police chief arrested for DUI

According to this article Robbins, Illinois Police Chief Johnny Holmes has been arrested again for DUI.

This kind of reminds me of Steve Corich the police chief of Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona.

In this lawsuit Steve Corich is sued for false arrest and civil rights violations.

More of the old "Do as I say, not as I do" line from our government masters.

Being a cop is a dangerous job - not really

Cops like to brag that they risk their lives for us on a daily basis to protect us from dangerous criminals.

That is one big huge monster LIE.

Any job that involves driving a car, truck, or other vehicle is a dangerous job, and since most cops also drive cars they have a dangerous job like all the other people that drive vehicles. You know, jobs like taxi cab driver, school bus driver, garbage truck driver, delivery truck driver or any other job that requires driving an automobile.

So being a cop is mostly dangerous because cops drive cars.

On the other hand the job of being a cop rarely falls into the top 10 most dangers jobs. The top 3 most dangerous jobs year in and year out are fishermen, loggers and construction workers.

Here is another one of those articles which falsely seems to try to paint being a police officer as a very, very dangerous job.

OK, being a cop is a slightly dangerous job, but not any more dangerous then any other job that involves driving a car or truck.

Ben Arredondo wants leniency because he was an elected official???

According to this article Apparently Tempe crook Ben Arredondo thinks he deserves leniency because he was a government bureaucrat at the time he committed all of his crimes.

Why on earth should having a job as a part time elected official be a basis for leniency when you commit crimes???

Apparently Tempe crook Ben Arredondo thinks he should have leniency because he worked at a part time job as a city council member of Tempe, and because he worked at a part time job as a member of the Arizona State Legislator.

That's silly.

It's like a purchasing agent who works at Motorola and gets caught taking kick backs and then demands leniency because he was a purchasing agent at Motorola.

Glendale requires $100 permit to take photos in park???

According to this article the city of Glendale is going to require that you buy a $100 permit before you shoot any photos in Sahuaro Ranch Park.

If you ask me that sounds like a violation of the 1st and 14th Amendments.

The 1st Amendment because it cuts into your free speech rights. The 14th Amendment because the law selectively only is applied to commercial photographers and not ALL photographers.

Phoenix-area schools re-assessing security following massacre

According to this article Phoenix area schools are re-assessing their security following the massacre in Connecticut.

Why are they wasting their time re-assessing security.

If you read the articles about the Connecticut shooting a new security system was up and running at the school where the massacre happened.

Depending upon which news article you read Adam Lanza either broke a window or shot out a window to bypass the security system.

And of course even if you have the BEST security system in the world, but the school teachers and employees are forbidden to have guns on their school campuses, all an armed gunman would have to do in Arizona is to shoot any unarmed school employees that challenged him.

So of course I suspect most of the security systems in schools in Arizona would not stop a person from committing a massacre here, like the security system in Connecticut didn't stop Adam Lanza from going on his murder spree.

Of course the one security plan that has some hope is to let teachers and school employees carry firearms, but the our government masters won't even consider that plan.

This isn't about making schools safer, it's about creating jobs for cops and bureaucrats who are pretending to make our schools safe.
